Finally finished and what a waste of time I spent on this drama. No need to get upset about my personal opinion either nor comment because you didn’t like what I said. This drama page felt like if you didn’t like the Rong family drama or RSB you’re evil or just bitter. A male fan only. Why can’t it be you simply just can’t stand this drama anymore. That the writing the dismantled of the male lead character etc was horrible. It doesnt take being a Neo fan or not to see this. I’m glad some enjoyed this drama till the very end. I didn’t and apparently a few on Weibo didn’t my post has gained 14.7K views plus likes, even shared. They’re not all Neo fans. Some just didn’t like the drama anymore simple as that. My final rating a 5. Even as a ML fan or not I can’t rate something I don’t think deserves a 10 because he’s in it.

That’s the only reason I can think of in this drama. He’s her official bed warmer nothing more an nothing less. I can’t wait to see the express to end my misery I think I’ll rewatch flourished peony again after tonight. I’m off to sleep it’s morning here in Japan and I’ve been yapping every sense. After the success of FOF, especially LITC I thought these two would still do him justice but was mistaken badly. Hell is guest role in L&P is still talked about and love. He was only in it for I think 1 to maybe 2 episodes in the beginning and then died. But he played the hell out of that role some of us want him and Yukee Chan to have a drama together. Just because the chemistry was there.

Yes that’s what I was thinking the same. The description gave false advertising. Now people want to tell others how to feel. This is a discussion board and there will be mixed opinions and reviews. If one finds this drama after 30+ episodes still entertaining that’s fine that’s their right. But to get upset with fans who did come for just Neo, or another actor or just the drama and after watching from day one and seeing the obvious shift. You can’t expect them to remain singing the Sam tune as others? That’s why humans are interesting little creatures. We each have our own preferences in a unique way. Which is why I hope once this drama ends no matter the ending everyone who liked it or didn’t can continue to voice so without any lashback. There’s a few other dramas like this also. The one I mentioned with seven tan is my favorite and on IqYI.

Same I doubt it. He generally listens to his fans so I know he won’t take this up. I gotta say his last dramas this and TUCS really cut his scenes a lot. Understandbly for TUCS as he was second billed but even still he was main male lead yet barely seen. anyways let this nightmare be over soon.

Right it’s so unbelievable at this point and people will eat it up and say “it’s female centric” but like I keep saying Mudan in flourished peony was female centric the best in my opinion. Yet, when she needed the Ml he sometimes would come help an other times he won’t. I remember this one scene when her friend ex husband came and ruined their starting up small business with lies. The crowd demanded money back and tore up her little small shop in her backyard home. She went inside to get the money and the Ml was watching her from outside. She She cut her hand and the money fell. She was broken but sh cleared the ash off the candle 🕯️ and wrote something else. Starred out and told her dead mother something. She wiped her tears. Got up and smiled and walked back out with a brave face and even demanded money be taken from those who were rudely. The Ml smiled. His aunt even asked him one time “why don’t you help her?” his reply “she doesn’t need my help. she’s not as weak as you think.” she isn’t. Both female and male were on equal footing I had wanted this an even praised this drama as such in the beginning I regret that now. Instead we got Rongshao with her “Find out on the next episode of dragon ball Z” antics 😭😭😭

I agree it’s definitely sad. Which at times I can’t fully support them because of how badly he handles them an their works. Those two dramas you mentioned definitely were good and honestly netizens are saying he wanted this drama to be like flourished peony / in the name of blossom and other female centric dramas that took over last year. However, this drama is doing good it’s not without disappointments not just from some Neo fans. Everyone is kinda wondering where the storyline is heading. Some said they been dropped at ep.7 or 11 or even ep.3 It’s sad to see how many of us stayed till the very end and no real payoff has been given to us. What is the real payoff? A happy loving couple living together. The Ml a once powerful man now making tea with his managerial wife? Umm no thanks. I would’ve loved if he didn’t married into his house and instead they both got married and did what they both loved to do. But now the writing has made it where it seems they forgot how they used to tell us about the Ml character and how he loves justice an loves putting evil doers in jail etc. protecting the weak and people. Now it’s “I’ll give up everything for you.” crap. As his woman you shouldn’t want this from your soon to be husband. But I degrees it’s just annoying at this point. Ugh. Once express is out we can all put this unfortunate mess behind us. 😭😭

Yes as a Japanese person I am impression with your knowledge of how anime characters work 😭she definitely is giving this or more. like some god complex character. Just call her Rong Leveling. She’s literally doing just that leveling up every freaking time. No breaks. Even with Solo he would get his ass handed to him for him to begin a new level up. But nope not our Rong MC she out here solo everyone while it’s written as All apart of her masterplan. Okay Muzan. 🥴😭
