Wow! Did not realize that! Excellent pick up and I wonder if they are coming from different point of views.

I realized my mistake after pushing this out. Thanks a bunch for the clarification and I've edited above. Also, Sang Tae is not exaggerated at all and is, in fact, a honest portrayal of autism. My son is moderate compared to some peers and those cases are beyond heartbreaking to witness when they are out of their comfort zone. On the caretaker's face, you can see exasperation, exhaustion and worry. I personally have learned, though being a mother, how lacking I was as a person and how much he teaches me to be a better daily. I see this point reflected in the plot line and would love to sit down with the scriptwriter and be a fangirl for about an hour.

Title It's Okay to Not Be Okay Spoiler
Episode 9.
Again, GMY speaks the truth slowly and quietly. Moon Sang Tae is manipulative of his brother for reasons revealed at the end.....he feels his brother has truly wanted rid of him for most of his life and honestly, he would be correct. Moon Gang Tae has spent his entire childhood, his entire life being a caretaker to a brother. He never signed up for this job but was born because of it. He was never the kid who participated with friends but had adult responsibilities and longed and feared freedom at the same time. At the end, the result of a childhood incident (Moon Gang Tae seeing his brother in the water and not coming to immediate rescue) came to the surface and for once, they finally had to face a relationship emotional toll. It was beyond heartbreaking but now the healing can begin.

Go Moon Young is a fascinating character. She embodies emotional distance but understands emotions better than anyone in this drama who appears "normal". A lonely child whose best friend dropped her to be with the "in" crowd. She's also someone who sees Moon Sang Tae as a person, not a person with disabilities. It's a first for me (I have a "special" needs child and he's smarter than 90% of the population who treat him as anything other than normal. He also recognizes this, smiles at me before proceeding to engage them). She is also someone whose friendship is sacrificed to do "what's right" under the watchful eyes of a crowd. I had tears streaming on the previews of watching her eating at an empty table.

Brilliant acting, direction, production once again. Love doesn't begin to describe my feeling for this drama.

If he did, expect me to never, ever drift away from the comment section. I'd be typing in my sleep.

I've also seen a photo of him walking away from another angle on tumblr, the clothes seem to be the same too.…
That is what is so fascinating to her character. To most, she appears unfeeling and manipulative (which she can do in spades). But, just like the scene of her taking the coat away from the mourning mother, her motives for a lot of speech and actions come from a purity that gets overlooked.
