It still hasn't released. But the synopsis is very very similar to a Japanese drama from 2014, and it had a good happy ending, so I guess that if this is based on that drama then it won't have a sad ending.

I honestly don't think he will. If it's based on Boku no Ita Jikan and they follow the story thoroughly then he should't die. Takuto didn't die, he decided to use the ventilator

It also reminds me so much of it! Boku no Ita Jikan is by far one of my favourite dramas ever. I hope this one is as good.
