The winter scene totally made me look forward to all of the big winter melo dramas with get each year...haaa, I need one of those to get over Hotel del Luna...it was too good.
This show started so awkward but now the acting is really good ^.^ Also, wow, Yo has found some amazing friends in college. There are really great and I love that they are getting a serious role too and are not just there as a side gag, like with many other shows.
This would be a total 10 for me if it wasn't for the ending...I mean he pretty much decided to die...o.O it was sweet but kind of sad for all the people in 2018... If not for the ending it would be in my top 5 dramas for sure!
Thank you for this article. Well done :) I love Jung Kyung Ho a lot as an actor but I dropped this drama after…
Definitely give it another try. It needs some time to unfold but it picks up nicely over the first few episodes! It gets better and more intense every episode ^
Guess how long it took me to realize that the actors were named twice in the intro to show them in normal and in school clothes? ^.^ I re-watched it like 5 times...
Just when you think you cannot cry anymore and have no tears left, there comes crying Chan Sung and suddenly you're crying with him...Yeo Jin Goo is just too good.
I know what you mean but for me the story is interesting because I love not having to worry about any drama actually…
Never heard someone say "I'm tired of CEOs" but you're right, they are everywhere ^.^ if I find a good one without one, I'll definitely recommend it to you!
I disagree on the story being any good. Put enough bankable stars in a large platform and adapt a popular IP and…
I know what you mean but for me the story is interesting because I love not having to worry about any drama actually being too much drama. It's as if watching early super hero movies. No one dies, no one has to leave the room crying. It is a light story and a good break from all the drama in drama land. My heart needs a break too XD also no romance, yay! Of course, if someone wants serious melodrama, this is definitely not the right choice ^.^
I think he is. While he does some bad things in the beginning I do think he gets better and the recent problems around episode 32 are just a misunderstanding.
Is it that much good?? I gave up this drama before but after watching Life on Mars i'd love to watch these two…
I think the special thing about this drama is the fact that it actually gets better each episode. The first episode is pretty much the slowest and most quiet out of all the episodes so far. Later on there is a lot more humor and drama. You do have to like mischievous characters though, otherwise you are gonna have some problem with the characters in the drama. I love such characters so yeah, this is totally made for me ^.^
I want to watch this show but I have zero knowledge about gaming (and not a lot of interest either). Aside for…
As for the gaming, most of it is explained pretty easily and the technicalities behind it are not overly important. I think the show mostly lives on coolness and comedy factor. The fights and so on are understandable without gaming knowledge thanks to the great CGI. Maybe just a few gaming facts you need to know but most of them are explained or easy to google.
Is the live-action worth it? I love the anime but when it comes to live-actions it's not always living up to the…
Depends on what you liked about the anime. The live action version has a lot more comedy and playfulness inside and plays a lot more with the "YeXiu is the best" aspect. In the anime he just proved he was the best. There was less "omg, it's YeXiu" As for the exciting story and action scenes and game scenes it's the same. The live action has more exciting switches between Glory character and real person though.
If not for the ending it would be in my top 5 dramas for sure!
I think the story is so beautiful, tragic but beautiful and I'm wondering how they are going to transfer it to the series.
Of course, if someone wants serious melodrama, this is definitely not the right choice ^.^
