The only thing that still keeps me watching this is Nan Heng. The FL, emperor, SML are all annoying and despicable. I wish Song Yi Ting will end up with Nan Heng instead. I have never disliked a FL so much!

I don’t know, must be from watching too many Kdramas but this is giving me the Goblin vibes. In that drama, they met again years after the FL lost her memories, she was drawn to the ML despite her not remembering him. The FL lead finally remembered the ML in ep 15, just like Sun Jae’s memories coming back to him in ep 15. In ep 16 of Goblin which was the last ep too, the ML and FL had all these sweet and happy moments, they even got married. They had us fooled as we thought the couple will finally have the happy ending they deserved, but they showed us that some truths and destiny can’t be changed, so on a day that the FL thought was so perfect, the ending that she and the ML were trying to avoid for years still happened. And what a moment it was! I remember my disbelief and tears! They did meet again in the end though, but what a bittersweet ending for that drama. Still one of my favourite Kdramas. I just hope that TVN won’t give us the same ending for Lovely Runner. Im Sol and I can’t handle anymore of Sun Jae dying again! Let the taxi driver die instead!

If ever there will be a Korean remake of the hit Chinese drama Hidden Love, I hope Byeon Woo Seok will play the male lead Duan Jia Xu. He’ll be perfect for that role, that cheeky, playful smile and the green flag aura is just perfect!

Wasn’t expecting much but I’m really enjoying this. Light, easy, fluffy and cute, no angst so far. Perfect if you’re in between heavy or angsty dramas.

Episode 1 looks interesting. Love age gap romance (as long as no one is below 18). Like the main leads too.

What a turn off, Ye Shi Qi left her when Cang Xuan and his servant came to ask for the antidote. He wanted to avoid them as they might recognise him. So he left her even knowing there is a risk they might hurt her. What a selfish and coward man. Is this the man she’s going to end up with? Weak character so far. Major turn off. I’ll keep watching just because it’s a good quality drama.

The female lead is 50 shades of batshit crazy. What a fucken mess! Be warned.

June 2022, apparently the lead casts are dating

I say, Park Dan Dan just go and make a baby with the Chairman. Fuq Sa Ra! Scheming lying woman!

Oh for fux sake! Need some distraction to take my attention off the depressing situation in Ukraine and this stupid pregnancy plot isn’t helping! Can’t we just have some more good things happening in this drama already? It’s nearly finished! And they better not give Sa Ra a happy ending! She’s got no bloody conscience! She doesn’t deserve it!

What’s with ths ending? The casts dancing, those people on the rooftop dancing too. Who are they? Weird!

I hope that doctor/friend loses his license or will go to jail like Elise. He became an accomplice the minute he found out what Elise did to the ML and he chose not to report it or disclose it to the ML. He continued to treat the ML despite knowing all these. Soon the ML will go blind too. I don’t give a fnck if the doctor likes Elise but he has a duty of care to his patients. He should at least stop being a treating doctor to the ML. A lot of the characters in this drama are sick in the head, just awful people - Elise, her brother and mother, FL’s cousin, and Boris. I fast forward when they have scenes without the lead couple. And I’d be very disappointed if in the end, they don’t get punished.

So much drama between all these characters and I just want a proper first kiss between Chairman Lee and Dan Dan, one that he will remember.

Uhmm. Chairman Lee’s broad shoulders though, I feel like resting my head on them everytime they show him on screen. Lol

Oh well. That was quite.a surprise. Suprisingly good! The main couple’s chemistry was so believable and natural, made me wonder if they ended up dating each other in real life. It reminded me so much of A Love So Beautiful. Not only because of the similar plot but the way their romance was portrayed and the acting. It had this freshness and wholesome vibe that was natural. Gave me that warm fuzzy feels! Can’t believe the female lead is 27 yrs old! She was quite convincing as a teenager! And the lead actor, first time I’ve seen him in a drama and now I’m a fan! Loved the side couples too. Definitely something I will watch again.

Dang! That first hug. The look on ML’s face. I felt the ice around his heart crack. This drama is quite refreshing! Slow burn romance. Quite happy that there’s 50 episodes. It means it will be a meaty romance between the lead couple - all the ups and downs, and then the happy ending! My fave drama at the moment.

Finished it in 3 days! Another one of those underrated dramas. Glad I saw a clip on YouTube, came here to read reviews and gave it a go. Not disappointed! Superb acting, from everyone, especisally Jang Hyuk. Lots of heartbreaking and tear-jerking moments. Being a near-to burn-out healthcare worker myself, watching this reminded me of what I love about my job - saving lives. A must binge-watch drama.

Don’t take it too seriously or expect too much. Light, fluffy, ridiculous at times. I watched it because I can’t find many good dramas out there at the moment. I did notice though that Xing Zhao Lin’s (male lead) acting has improved since Eternal Love.

In the end, it looks like they found each other again, after all. Quickly looked at the last few minutes of the last episode. There was a few hearbreaking scenes, I thought that was it, they disappeared and lost each other. And I was like, damn, my heart is broken! 😭 But afterwards there were scenes similar to their first meeting in 2006 and a scene that looks like the present. And both scenes they were together. Theere’s a few differences though in the 2006 scene was Ye You Ning’s grandpa lost Xia Wen Xi’s phone. So there was no phone! No time machine. So maybe things happened naturally, without interference from the present Ye You Ning. And the 1st scene in ep 1, when Ye You Ning was surprised to see Xia Wen Xi at the conference, in ep 24, she was still late but they smiled at each other. Whatever, the important thing was the lovers met and were still together in the present. I interpret that as a happy ending. Back to episode 17 for me, will finish this afterall.

Was just gonna ask about the ending of the novel. Dang, what to do? I really like this drama but I prefer happy endings. Guess I’ll watch it till the end and just bear the pain of a sad ending. Waahh 😫
