Just watched the new episode. Now, people can stop freaking out about the main pairing being incestuous. Can’t believe anyone thought they’d legitimately go that route.
If it’s not already obvious to some people, it will be revealed that Lukmo and Simai aren’t actually blood related at all, and they will end up in a (or at least beginning to pursue) a romantic relationship. There’s really no doubt in my mind that these two are endgame.
The plan is for filming to begin in/by September of this year, and then release the series in December of this year. Hopefully, covid doesn’t ruin thier plans.
Viki says that ep 11 will be released on July 21st, which would mean that the episode would air in Taiwan the Sunday before (so, on July 18th). But take this with a grain of salt—Viki has been wrong before. We just need to wait and see.
The Covid situation in Taiwan has improved a lot. Restrictions are being loosened and studios are allowed to begin filming again after July 13th. So, expect the show to be back pretty soon!
I feel like the people who have an issue with the main actor’s performance have never met a neurodivergent person lols. I know multiple people who emote like the main character, and have similar mannerisms. The actor did a great job. All of the acting was on point actually. I can tell this series is going to be fun.
I know that the shorter guy is supposed to look older than the taller guy even though he’s supposed to be younger, but I think maybe they take it a little too far. I’m not at all saying that he is a bad-looking guy, but he looks to be in his mid-30s. It’s comical that we’re supposed to believe that he’s not only in university, but also younger than the taller guy. I was honestly distracted by the age thing every time he appeared in the trailer. I think I’ll give the show a watch—the acting doesn’t look bad at all and the trailer had some funny bits. I just hope I can look past the age debacle.
Does anyone know where to watch episode 2? I don’t need subtitles. Tried to make an AIS Play account, but I couldn’t even get beyond the initial sign up page lols.
I honestly can't see the point and the relation between what you said and what's been mostly criticized here.…
I assure you, I’m not mixing anything up. I’m going to let you in on a little secret: what you see in films and series aren’t real. I’m not going to pretend like I’m happy with everything that’s happened on this show, because I’m not. But I have enough sense to suspend my sense of reality. If you’re trying to learn life lessons from a fictional tv series, that is I’ll-advised.
