In two years I have only dropped 2 dramas, both a single episode in, one because of the audio and one because I was reading the reviews and it turned out the ML was abusive and manipulative and I just didn't need that in my life 😌 so yes it was no surprise to me that I got masochist LOL
I read the webtoon a while ago and it was super good! Is the drama similar to the story? I'm thinking of starting…
the webtoon is one of my favorites and the drama is also one of my new favorites, although they can get pretty different at times. like other people have said, if you're going in to see a 100% faithful adaption you might not enjoy it but if you're okay with some things changing and learning a new angle to the story, i say go for it! i'm really loving it so far!
i'm watching this on netflix and the audio is absolutely awful, besides the crystal clear voices and music everything else sounds like it got put through a blender. i'm wondering if that's just a netflix problem and/or if it's consistent throughout the whole drama? i've only made it through an episode and i already have a headache lol.
What's with anti glasses stance? What wrong with wearing glasses? Do you have to remove glasses to look beautiful…
i'm a little peeved about that too. i think they're both so cute with their glasses, and as a fellow glasses-wearer i hate it when they pull the no-glasses-glow-up card in media. i hope we get to see them with their glasses at least a couple times in the future and not have them gone forever.
in falling into your smile, the untamed is referenced a couple times, once when she's watching an episode and once where they're at a cosplay convention off the top of my head.
he's a bit different from the ml in the webtoon, which is maybe where they're coming from, but i love him literally so much in the drama.
