I’m a bit confused about one of the trailers because it showed her like showing her him to the room and asking if he remembers what happen there and he says no so does that mean he now has his old memories and he forgot the new memories because that’s just sad. I would’ve liked to have seen him remember hatching from the egg lol.

For one I understand from novel readers because I haven’t read it is that she sacrifices herself to gift back his spiritual veins and heart scale so he has the power to defeat the big bads, this essentially means that she’ll die.

Also, when he remembered that her Shifu, whipped her, and he was so angry, and wanted to get revenge on him, I was like oh oh he remembers.😍

From what I know, and then in the novel it’s not just that he lost his memory is he actually died and was reincarnated but they don’t explain that in the show. So his life currently in the show is a new life

We did get to see it however briefly he saved her life when he was I guess wet behind the ears still? Alton, he kind of was acting like a a puppy following her around, and she basically told him that she might give him a chance if he was more powerful. Then when he became a general, she didn’t even remember him lol. I guess that’s where their love story started though.

To be honest, I don’t think she even loves him. Maybe she loves the idea of him but when you love someone truly love someone, you want them to be happy, even if that’s with someone else and then say that she was willing to cause him and he pain by murdering his wife, and then she’s delusional enough to think that he would ever love her after that that’s not love.

And I love the hypocriticalness of SY being like I can’t forgive you for falling into the darkness just so you know, don’t do it again, she doesn’t even punish her. Yet she was calling for YH‘s death, and calling her a traitor for less lol. so blinded by her self righteousness that she’s done far more evil things than either T Y, or YH and yet she calls them evil.

So I’ve been re-watching the last couple of episodes, and they just conveniently forgot about poor Xi Feng. The only mention he got was from his seniors and they’re like oh he’ll follow his heart. I’m sure he’ll be fine and I’m like yeah he’s dead 😅. I thought that at least Yun Hui what is told her senior maybe when she was locked up or something just so that the rest of his sack to know he died.

Nothing to do with the actress and everything to do with how the writers in the production team want her to look. An actress doesn't have a choice because if it's in the script that that's how they want the character to look she has to look that way

I was really hesitant to watch one and only first because I normally don’t do tragedies. Lol but I thought at least I’d be able to pick myself up my watching forever and ever after. But much to my surprise I loved one and only More. I discovered after it’s because it was actually shot second and forever and ever shot first which I think explains why I thought they didn’t have as good as chemistry in the second one as they did in the first one supposedly
