Nothing to do with the actress and everything to do with how the writers in the production team want her to look. An actress doesn't have a choice because if it's in the script that that's how they want the character to look she has to look that way

But much to my surprise I loved one and only More. Being crazy is you can have like great chemistry and romance without having kissing scenes like just look at one and only it was such a poignant love story and they literally didn't have any intimate seats at all.
