From what I understand from reading people’s comments who have read the novel they don’t kill each other, but they definitely get killed.

It definitely is. I have been watching Fox Spirit matchmaker and was getting bored and came over when this drama the chemistry between the leads is on fire and the story is definitely a lot more captivating and interesting then Fox Spirit matchmaker, which usually I love those type of dramas

Because this is based on the novel and just saying, I’ve never read the novel, but from what I’ve heard from comments of people that have in the novel she physically becomes JL because her soul trance migrated into her body. so there’s never been any confusion over her identity since she physically look like the other girl so I think that if they stay true to the novel, even though they’ve already made a lot of changes to get around censorship that she’ll stay JL throughout the series.

Because this drama is based on a novel from what I understand, they’ve already changed a lot since the novel has taboo subjects such as reincarnation and transmigration of the soul and they can’t show that on TV so they had to change a lot of aspects in order for it to pass censorship.

Apparently, and then novel, I’ve never read it. There was no confusion over high identity because XFF and JL died at the same time XFF her soul went into JL’s body so by all outward appearances, she is JL and only very few people actually know her maid, Duke Su and later on her brother and father

If you don’t like the drama, then don’t watch it. I stopped watching Fox Spirit matchmaker after this came on, but you don’t see me in the comment section bashing the drama.

Pretty sure the guy wasn’t drugged in episode one because he knew exactly what he was doing and even was grabbing onto her and calling her dear also for being drugged he woke up pretty suddenly and wasn’t even confused. Also, pretty sure they killed him Later, as her ex mother-in-law and ex sister-in-law were standing in front of a bloody body of a man

I haven’t read the novel but from spoiler comments I’ve read about it. Oh, she’s suffers. She suffers horribly. It actually makes me feel sort of sorry for her to be honest because I feel like what happens to her I don’t feel like anyone really deserves that. I mean, I don’t really consider her evil. Not a very nice person for sure and I think what she’s done is Horrible but what happens to her? I think it’s really sad.

I’m confused they had to kill off Tong Er because the actress went back to school since she’s a high school student so why would they have to kill him off?

It was such a sweet moment, her being able to sleep at his house and admitting how tired she was because I think that just goes to show that she obviously can’t get a good nights rest and that vipers nest.

I am also hoping that he gets his revenge against the other guy. I can’t even think of his name right now when he sees the bruises on her wrist.

Well I'm already paying for the package to get the episodes early but I'll definitely probably pay extra to binge watch them all at once near the end LOL

You know I don't like JRY I haven't read the novel in comments from people who have I actually do feel sorry for her and how she ends up. I feel that she doesn't really deserve what happens to her in the end.

She took care of two birds with one stone because she hated the fact that he had a child with another woman who at the time was the legitimate wife. So she use the excuse of the miscarriage that apparently was already going to happen to get rid of her stepdaughter
