That was used against her, when Lord Huangfeng was trying to find out where the golden dream millets is and JZB. Shows her in a dark place as a teenager I think, I think she lost a tournament or something, and her mother basically locked her in an isolated, lonely and dark place to reflect on her actions so that she won’t lose again. Basically telling her if she does what she wants, she’ll go back to loving her and treating her with affection. In this memory, she’s basically begging her mom not to leave her. Now, whether this is part of the spell that this is being conjured, so it’s not actually real or a memory we don’t know for sure. I think that this is someor her mind came up with you know that her mother did this to her at some point, locked her up in a dark and isolating place as punishment because she either lost the tournament or she showed a weakness and then walked away and left her there to reflect on her actions.

So don’t forget that even in her own realm when she finally comes clean about her identity her own father, the emperor wants to put her to death. He eventually relents only to use one of her own artefacts against her that would imprison her for eternity😂 , not just her Master as well! talk about being hypocritical since he supposedly hates artefacts and had confiscated all the ones she created.

I think so that’s a pretty high opening rating for a fantasy drama. So it’s not just this page. This drama is insanely popular lol

It’s funny everyone annoyed that she was lying to him, but when he was lying to her later on about his relapse and his plans to sacrifice himself no one had anything to say then?! 😂 When she called him out on it and his response was that there was no need to say anything because he had made the decision long ago. What dramas have a low rating?

I knew what I wanted to watch next and I still can’t watch it because I can’t move on 🤣

Problem was down the wrong path, and even though the female lead gave him the option to try and turn his life around he ultimately ended up choosing not to, I know it’s probably because he was gonna be possessed by another beast, but he seriously could’ve chosen to get rid of the ring, but he didn’t. I think because he was addicted to the power tbh

Thank you so much I don’t normally watch sad dramas and I actually stopped three episodes of the end, even though I went into it knowing that it was a solid drama lol. Just because I’ve heard about how good it was.

Watching a video compilation of all his dramas on YouTube and apparently was it Duiban? Score or the Douyan score for fans of Fortune was super low like 5.5. I was really surprised because everybody gave it such glowing reviews. Although I think these are mostly just Chinese drama watchers. If someone can actually verify or confirm that it did actually get a low score let me know.
