In the preview it looks like GC says something to JI to turn her against him again. I think now that he knows he’s dying and finally got his big betrayal revealed, he’s going scorched earth on SR and is actually doing something selfless to protect JI. I have no idea what that is but it should be interesting. only 2.5 hours left!

She is definitely the most underdeveloped, pitiful character in this story. Even her ex is more interesting at this point. I know these shows have limited budgets, so why did they have her open a business that requires live customers. She should have opened an internet business.

Today’s episode felt like it dragged for the first time in a long time. they had a lot of filler and except for the last 30 seconds it was kind of boring.

Today it was finally revealed that GiChan only knows that Catherine is the evil bitches English name and has no idea she stole it from TaeO’s sister. Your analysis of GiChan’s character as more complex than a standard villain is very accurate and the actor plays it perfectly. I think she and Theo would make a good couple but I doubt that will happen. Especially after today’s episode when she reminded him that he said he would wait for her.

wow, so this was the plan now that the end is near. No shock that Gi Chan has terminal cancer. They kind of set it up for us. I posted after yesterdays episode that he needs to turn himself in. I guess the writers had the same idea. I’m guessing that they won’t deal with SeRi till the very end. Also, it looks like Jae In has given Do Yun hope. JiHo is still calling Jae In mom, why?

Excellent analysis and I feel the same as you. While the things you mentioned above that GiChan did are too evil to be forgiven, seeing him take off the mask as he realizes that his mother taught him to value the wrong things. It’s like the light bulb went on, albeit too late. I’d like to see him earnestly apologize to Jae In and turn himself into the authorities and turn on Se Ri. Of course that won’t happen, but anything short of that won’t allow him a redemption arc in my book.

OMG, I shouted at the screen “Don’t drink that!!” He’s not that stupid. I loved that scene when Tae Oh told her that It’s always been about her and how he finds her disgusting and not to pretend it’s about Ji Ho. He’s definitely got her number. He would never be fooled by her lies like stupid GiChan did.
