i said i hope that regret torments GC everyday - i think that rooster has come home to roost. 😂 🐓
Yes, I love how he is miserable now but it’s truly hard to believe he has feelings that’s aren’t motivated by money or power. if this had just happened over a short period I could possibly understand. But his years of betrayal and abhorrent treatment of Jae In and his own son negate any belief that he has any good in him
It could have used an extra 4 episodes , with a 5 year time hop. They are together with hash and a baby. The end! Then we wouldn’t have all these complaints. Surely the writer knows that!
To much time spent on the usual evil backstabing politicians who try to take down the king. I can live without all those scenes. I feel like I’ve seen too many of them in historical dramas and my eyes glass over while watching them. They are a bore. Give me more Yoona and LCM. Also love all the cooking scenes!
As far as the open ending for the leads, I think they didn’t want to wrap the romance up in a bow. It’s obvious that they would make a great couple, but it will take some time for him to realize that he deserves someone who isn’t damaged, as he thinks he is. I’m ok with that ending.
I feel like they wasted too much time on that software case. I honestly couldn’t even understand what they were talking about and it really felt like filler. The final case about the contract marriage was also not as interesting as the prior cases. I get that so much of the series was about the question “what is love?”, but it think they kind of beat it to death. There was so much more I would have liked to see instead. For example, the other junior associates were likable and interesting. Her sister was only shown for a brief time. I would love to see more interaction between the two sisters. I feel like a lot of potential was wasted in the last couple of episodes although overall I enjoyed the series.
Because that piece of sh!t is realizing what he lost, but hard luck sunshine there ain't no going back for you!!!!!!!!!!!
She was drugged over a period of time and couldn’t function properly and they convinced her to sign the papers. She really had no idea what she was doing.
The confrontation at the beginning between JaeIn and GC was so satisfying. She said all the things she needed to say to him. His sudden love for her is not believable. It’s probably because he now knows what a POS SeRi is and he’s a narcissist. I think I’m going to rewatch that scene right now!
