The first 4 episodes were so good, specially ep 4. I'm hooked.

Xiguang and ZX's story reminds me of all the time I watched the FL go back to the ML, after clearing the misunderstandings, that wouldn't have happened if he trusted her and asked, unstead of listening to 3rd parties. All the while leaving the perfect SML b/c the hearts wants what it.... Those stories used to drive me crazy. Thanks SOM for adressing the elephant in the room.

FL and SML "relationship" is having the treatment usually reserved for the lead couple in a classical drama, where you want to pull your hair , and yell for them to talk!!!! And then drop

This show is so warm

They're such a green flag couple who actually communicate and don't play games

Yeah, I understood him the 1 year or 2, b/c he was surely depressed after loosing so much but 6 years is too much, specially knowing she kept looking for him. But again he can't be perfect, let's say it's his major flaw. I just wish they adressed it more.

I agree about it being too ML centric, which is surprising since the FL isn't a newbie.
There was so many things to explore with JM but everything was swept under the rug, the most jarring was her relationship with her father and his new family, how she loved to drive b/c it reminded her of her father... ect.

I hate the ghosting troop with passion, and if you add noble idiocy to the mix, it takes the cake.
This drama is really good and it's refreshing to see a couple act like a couple.
The only thing that bothers me, is that he didn’t really get that taking her choice away was bad, so if confronted with a similar situation , he might do that again. I wish they spend more time really adressing that.

Drama was fine. But I didn't loke how little screentime the others had starting from the 4th sister’s SL (who's story I loved btw). I know the actors had probably other projects but I wish they at leat let the last 2 episodes be about the whole cast and not focus on the 5’th sister story until the end.
- Speaking of the 5th sister story: It was my least favorite, while I did laugh at the start after the kidnapping, b/c like it was worst person to kidnap, but when the abuse continued until the end, it was too much.
- I wish they gave the brother's story screentime and more interactions with his sisters specially his twin, we didn't even get to see how the sisters felt about finding their brother.
- I found the 3rd and 4th sister's couple to have the most chemistry.

Yeah, the show would've been better without the psycopath villain. The leads were entertaining in their own right

The las episode was kinda good, the 3 before that were too intense for the promise of the show. All in all, it wasn't that bad

Thanks for the info, I was so spoiled with strong and intelligent FL lately, that I'm not sure I can go back, even if the chemistry is great.
And yes, the FL in LITC has a bright future, I was impressed. I only saw her in second lead role until now.

I can't get past the 2nd episode of WDBTD, I heard so many good things about it but the FL seems to be too cutesy. And I'm tired of this type of FL. Does she get better?

I hope it doesn't break his career, people have gone down for less.

If you still can’t tell if she can act by episode 20, then her style just isn’t for you. She’s already had tons of scenes that show what she can do.

I love Bailu, but in Moonlight mystique, they lost their spark halfway through. I had to struggle to finish. Feu was fire though and it's underrated.
Chemistry is subjective, I personally loved their chemistry, and I found the show addictive .

At ep 20: it's entertaining, fun and the acting is actually good. I don't get the rating, unless the last 4 episodes are a complete disaster.

At episode 9: They didn't even try to make the fictional couple compelling, they lacked chemistry and he was too fickle and kept spending time with the other girl, opening the door for misunderstandings.
I don't know why she shipped them so much, but she's cute when she fangirls over them.

Immaturity would've been trusting a guy she just met with a secret involving the realm she fought for all her like, b/c she hoped he loved her enough to keep it.
With that said, she could've simply told him that she was poisoned without revealing who she was, but I think she didn't have the heart to accept the cure without telling him she was his realm's enemy.

I'm halfway through the novel. I think the show is better, you can feel their love and respect for eachother more.
