The last 2 episodes kinda sucked. The "mistranslation" was the icing on the already rotten cake.

At episode 5, the men in this show are pure trash, hope they get better.

I'm at ep 23, the fox arc was a little boring and predictable compared to the previous arc. And for a Bai Lu drama the kisses are sprisingly chaste.

Beautiful slice of life. It's always good to have a home to come back to when life gets hard.

Yeah they only have eachother now, and loosing that would be painful, but this show doesn't seem te shy away from tragedy, they actually had her father die b/c of the people he protected all his life.

The first 5 episodes were fire, such a good start, hope it gets even better

I hope Fu Ling isn't the long lost sister b/c that would mean she killed her own father and I don't know she's going to live with that

I usually follow the rating and don't bother with drama below 8.5 but l decided to give it a chance b/c a friend liked it. I loved it! Such a deep character driven show, so well made! The acting, production and ost were perfect! It was more of a dark romance than a thriller. Maybe that could explain the low rating, if people expected a thriller with an intricated story, they may be desapointed.

What I find a bit odd in this show is the ML not learning signs language. How can you love someone so much and not go out of your way to communicate with them?

I advise you to watch the last episode, it kinda saved the show for me. Before I would've rated it as passable with unlikeable leads, but the last episode was good and got to me a little bit. It's still not my favorite show but I at least don't feel like I wasted my time.

I'm only a few episodes in but I wish they'd stop putting red flag ML opposite green flag SML, it's hard to support the leads and not think that she's a complete idiot for even giving the ML the time of the day. I feel bad for him but having a traumatic childhood doesn't excuse being a jerk, for all intent the SML should be a jerk, he must've been pampered all his life and told he was precious ....ect

In the last episode? The ML but It was well made, it wasn't rushed and they gave the story time to breathe, it wasn't a 10 min thing when the bad guys are taken care of.

Who didn't?

While I wished for a HE, I found this bittersweet one satisfying and memorable. And that's because they gave the main couple the chance to actually be together. Most shows waste time on unnecessary drama and separate the couple most of the show, and then either give them either a last minute HE o- add insult to injury- and give them a SE, so you feel either unsatisfied or like you wasted your time (This is why I was so mad at KMLM ending for exemple). But this one actually took the time to develop their relationship and show them in a relationship (Those ae the type of SE that hurts the most in a good way I guess)

Great chemistry, I knew they had potential in TLB but as leads they blew me away.

The subs are so bad, it's distracting.

Maybe I'll do that, thanks for the advice
