It’s actually pretty good and has the quality of a normal drama, it’s also one of the most real representation of a harem. It’s just that it’s FL centric, I wouldn't watch it for the romance though.
Fortunately I watched the ending before reading all the comments or else I wouldn’t have finished the drama and it would have been a waste. Light spoiler: The last episodes were actually great and profound. The only thing missing was the epilogue, with the classic ending eith everyone reuniting in some festivity all happy and with kids running around, but Inwasn’t surprised, this show didn't go the cliché route on multiple occasions so it wouldn't do that in it’s ending. Just because a few minutes were missing, it doesn't take away from the grestness of the show. My only issue is that they gave Ye Xian way too much focus in the last few episodes. They tried so hard to portray him as this tragic hero and make him stand out, but honestly, it just didn’t resonate with me.
This show is the definition of it’s so bad, it’s good. No logic, they don’t even follow the basic law of physics but somehow it’s so entertaining and hot too.
He Tian Xing was such a good lead compared to Situ Ao Ran, and his relationship with the FL was much more authentic, he actually took the time to know her. I wish we had more episodes with him.
Finally!!! I hope the scene tomorrow is worth the wait and frustration. That battle scene was great, best FL. With that said, both need to learn to communicate and respect each other's wishes. I've never seen a villain getting bitch slapped so much, such a joy to watch.
They took the thing of him not revealing his true identity a step too far, for my liking. That final scene had…
Yeah, at first it was understandable but now he's just making a fool out of her. I don't find their shenanigans funny anymore, I'm just bad for her. At least in "are you the one" they were both cunning and enemies; here she has her heart on her sleeve.
Yu qian and Qi Min shouldn't have so much chemistry. The "nightmares/better than never" exchange did make me laugh, both brothers are so intense and crazy.
I think he can’t help it - he’s had to be cunning and a step ahead of everyone all his life just to survive…
Yeah, I get why he's the way he is. I like flawed characters, it adds depth to a show. As long as their flaws are seen as flaws so they can have character développement; which seems to be the case here.
I don’t know how I feel about MQY scheming. In one hand, I like that he's a good schemer, but I hate that he tries to manipulate CZ so much. If one day, she doesn't believe him while he's being truthful, he can only have himself to blame.
I loved how they kinda snowballed into big cases. The scene with the survivors at the end was such a nice touch. Since I didn't think there would be any romance, what we got was satisfying.

I like how she calls him degenerate like it’s his name 😂
