Boring, stiff, censored, messy edited, ton of annoying misunderstandings and ridiculous plot with totally inaccurate industry representation with underwhelming romance.

I must have missed when that kid was first introduced. I thought it was like ML hallucinating himself as a kid at first.

WTF was that after credit scene at the end with the kid.

It's just nice to see someone making effort writting actual review compared to most we get here

I need some elaboration on angsty rating. Does higher number mean it's more angst and does that mean final 10 episode are angsty?

Yeah I dropped it after 10 episodes when basically almost nothing happened and FL character annoyed me

I will look into those. I did try watching Love Between The Fairy and Devil some time ago and absolutely hated it tho.

Which are some the Xianxia you would recommend a lot ?

I barely watched any cdrama but I like fantasy and sci-fi genre. Like legit I watched less then 10 cdramas.

Glad I didn't start watching this when it was on air.

It's because writters wanted it like that to tell the story they want without actually investing into proper reasoning so they had to ignore reality for lazier convenient writing to create story dynamics of them dealing with poverty.

By the end it will magically resolve itself even if the extreme issue of them becoming poor in the first place realistically wouldn't even happen.
