can someone please explain this this series is even about lol, but sum it up because the synopsis is making me so confused , i've read it several times but i can't make sense of it, also i watched a bit of the first episode but it also was so confusing and messy so i stopped but want to watch again because i love all of these actors
Well damnn they couldn't find a better story for a live adaption
Yeah, there are tons of way way better and more popular bl manhwas that would a doable low budget since they are also set in highschool and slice of life, but letely they're touching just any random bl manhwa, idk for what reason.
Is it true that the writer said the final couples are Fou and baabin, chian and bua?
Even though I currently very much enjoy Fou and Chian's little romance and flirting, I feel like that realistically Fou and Baabin should end up together, because their relationships (even now, as friends) feels very natural, calm, easy and safe, even when they are not putting too much thought and effort into it. It feels like they complete each other and belong together. And that is what a healthy romantic relationship should look like. So i would be really happy if these two ended up together, that if Fou soon realizes his mistake of using Baabin before it's too late for redemption. On the other hand, seems like both Chian and Bua like each other but I really don't understand their little mind game there. This couple seems much more toxic to me. Like even individually these two characters seem a bit of toxic to me, not gonna lie. Seems like Chiang himself doesn't even know what he wants and just uses other people as experiments, which is a vibe i don't really like. Bua is a bit suspicious to me too, because he seems to not want to be official with Chiang, but also want Chiang's attention only to himself, which is also a vibe i don't really like. So i am curious what will be of that couple.
The first episode seemed interminable with very little of interest occurring apart from Fou4mod and Coach meeting,…
What generation do you belong to? I feel like this series would be most appealing to Gen Z and Gen Alpha, otherwise older generations won't really understand half of the things that are going on here so naturally they would be confused and bored of it. Especially because what they are trying to do with this series is not to make a cinematic spectacle about certain tropes that will appeal to large groups of people, but rather to portray the lives of teenagers who live in the age of peak of technology and social media, as realistically as they can. And so far they are doing a great job at it. For example, even if the main plot of the series is about romance and drama, there are still quite a lot of "easter eggs" or let's say hidden messages about various aspects of life of teenagers that are quite relatable to watchers. For example him breaking up with his girlfriend and instantly deciding to change his whole appearance, personality and even the things he likes in order to appear 'cooler'. Then the way teens in school walk, talk, run, laugh and their very changeable and labile interpersonal relationships. How they use technology for everything in everyday life, how they use social media to flirt . The spotify playlist, instagram stories, the sticker and charms mania, not answering to text messages, obsession with social media appearance, obsession with being "cool". Experiencing the first serious crush and all they joys and excitement of it, then him stalking and doing embarrassing things to create opportunities to talk to his crush, the very awkward flirting in person, the very awkward talk and hug...Personally all of these little things are even more entertaining than the romance part itself, and I've found all of them very relatable and nostalgic about my teenage years.
I'll try to watch the first couple of episodes and decide if i want to continue
