Anyone else got a feeling that Palm's father is a bit sus? Dude's a bit overdramatic and tries too hard to not let Palm and Nueng become friends. I mean, what did he expect? They are of the same age (and they are still teens/young adults) and they are together ALL the time. In a situation like this one there are only 3 possibilities: 1. They become really close friends. 2. They become rivals and hate each other 3. They gay and fall for each other. Like there's no 4th option. (And we all know where this particular one is going LMAO). There's no way the father expected them to be neutral and keep a distance.
This drama is so underrated. Seriously. Yes, it was not great, there were some holes, characters were not quite developed and at some parts it was a bit boring and slow but overall it was an enjoyable, cute and lighthearted drama. I mean, I've some seen bl series that were A LOT worse that this one yet got much more recognition.
Didn't know it's a manga adaptation. But i actually liked first episode. Maybe my standards hit rock bottom coz…
LOL that was also my first thought. If this was a Thai bl drama I wouldn't like it bcs i'm already spoiled but all the recent good ones. But since it's a Japanese bl, i should just shut up and take what I got and be grateful for it.
I remember that I liked the manga as well. I don't remember too much of the story though and now in there series…
That's right, i also cringed when he ran away and talked to himself lol but oh well, what can we do... But looking from a positive side the the actors seem to have good chemistry so far.
almost everyone here is kinda hating on the first episode and here i am just being happy one of my fav manga is turned into a drama...it's very easy to please me
I LOVE how Tinn is literally OBSESSED with Gun, but not in a creepy, stalker way but in a cute, innocent funny way, just like a real life teenager in middle or high-school who is experiencing a crush for the first time. Maybe that's why this drama feels so nostalgic to me... Everything about it, the plot, the vibe, the characters, the directing and cinematography... everything makes me remember my school life , my friends and my crushes from school. It makes me wanna go back in time and I miss my old friends.

I see. I understand where are you coming from. That bed scene is definitely a controversial one and many people will be uncomfortable watching it. I know I would be, if I wasn't already a years experienced BL fan who's seen tons of this type of content LOL. Of course me being not surprised with some things don't make them okay and I know how to separate reality from fiction, and I'm also living for the day to see a non toxic BL couple.
Also. you too, thank you for being open minded and patiently reading my responses and opinions too and taking them seriously. It's rare to find a place on internet where you could openly share your opinions and where someone would take their time to seriously think them through and politely agree or disagree and then sharing their own thoughts patiently, without judging you. Even tho we might not fully agree on some things, I really appreciate all your responses.

I actually think that het shows and movies, especially western ones are even more problematic with their tropes and quirks. Maybe they won't go as far with physical sexual assault but the amount of emotional toxicity that male characters in most het western shows show towards the female characters is unsurpassed. And the main problem is that it's very romanticized and widely seen as totally okay. Take for example After or 365 days.
