I don't think anyone can recreate what the untamed did
Well, of course it wouldn't be the same as the original but I would like to see the same story and characters but in a different culture. It would be fun.

Oh that sucks :( I wasn't really expecting much from this one so I'm not really THAT disappointed but it's definitely not among the best bl dramas this year :(

Right...But I'm not ready to give up on this drama yet. I'll stick to the end and see how it ends. I'm really hoping for the pacing in the next episodes to get faster and for the actual romance part to start.
She seems like a shit mom to me because she doesn’t do anything to reassure the kids about it. Regardless of…
Yeah same here. I think children always deserve to know the reason why their parents divorced, regardless of how tough or painful that reason might be, and especially if their children are literally grown up adults, like in this drama. Their parents definitely owe them an explanation, even if the reason is simply them falling out of love.
Regarding the love triangle thing from the trailer and a lot of people here actually shipping Tai with Lomfon, here's my opinion on it:
I don't think it will be much of a love triangle. I've seen plenty of BL dramas doing this exact same thing, with the promise of a love tringle in the trailer but in the actual drama it ends up being something like a misunderstanding or the third guy just being a tool for the relationship development of the two main guys. Also, it is already heavily hinted that Lomfon and the brother will have something going on/will be the second couple so it is very unlikely that Tai will end up with Lomfon.
However, we never know until the end of the drama so let's wait and see what will they do with this one. I'm curious to see if the writers will surprise us.
It's not bad. The main actors are acting well and they do have chemistry but currently the main problem with this one is that it focuses too much on office and job problems and lacks romance, ironically considering that romance is a main genre of the drama. The pacing is too slow and even tho it's episode 5 already and each episode being one hour long, nothing significant really happened so far and i can't really call this one a slow-burn because nothing even is starting to burn, yet alone slowly. The first and the second episode had good pacing but it slowed down severely after episode 2.
I tried so hard to watch this drama since i'm a big fan of historical kdramas but the first episode was just so boring and confusing. I tried watching the first episode like 3 or 4 times but after watching it i was so confused and had no desire to continue watching it :(
Just finished this up and would have to say, it was just ok. Pretty standard historical palace drama - same-old,…
Omg yes, i just finished the drama and I loved it but it had some major lacks like the pacing and lack of romance. The first episode started great, and I really had big expectations for the FL. I thought she would be this badass fighter and investigator together with SFL but thye both ended up being just side kicks to their love interests lol.
if there's no 2nd season to be followed, then I would say its not worth to watchit feels like its on the climax…
Saying it's not worth to watch is a bit too harsh and biased. I know, i'm also biased and dying for a season 2, but still this drama is quite a masterpiece, great acting, great production, great cinematography, great plot. Great everything else. Truly a magnificent jewel among the Asian drama industry, and it deserves to be watched and enjoyed by many people. It's just that it seems like they wanted and originally planned for it to have a second season but it looks like it's still not getting enough attention and popularity for the 2nd season to be made. That's why it has a very open ending and many questions unanswered. We are just left to pray for the 2nd season.
there is a big plot hole, why did seo bi does not tell lee chang that she already knew the cure? that she saw the…
Hmm, there is also another plot hole that was bothering me since season 1 (well not exactly a plot hole but definitely a questionable part of the story) and that is: how that dude who cooked and served the corpse of a dead boy bitten by the king, has never even said anything or ever felt guilty for literally being RESPONSIBLE for the outbreak of the plaque and everyone around him and he included acted like he did absolutely nothing. Like i know the queen and her father are the main culprits of this but if that guy didn't cook the corpse and made the people eat it then it would never turn into a zombie plague lol.
