Thats exactly how I feel and why I called it a filler episode, especially the whole ending part with the lanterns and all those stuff, it feels SO unnatural and cheesy to me.

Thats a good point, but I still dont think she deserves all the hate she gets. I think if life was peaceful she wouldnt hurt QY. Remember she didnt do anything when she saw QX and QY together, she let her sister be happy and also when she was in trouble she came to beg for her.

QM is a selfish little naive brat, but shes all alone with a possibility for pregnancy, she allows herself to be selfish and evil to her own survival like any other ancient lady at that time, it was very difficult for women to survive. Especially if she had a baby being unmarried, while being a noblewoman. It was a death worthy penalty back then. About QY, she was so raged about her mother, that she accused her own grandma and her familys honor in front of the king, it couldve led to her family falling from grace at minimum.
Obviously I like QY, and I do not justify QM actions, but we need to watch the drama being aware of the morals and norms back then, and have less hate towards her character IMO. Personally I find it difficult to judge her character when I think about it from her point of view considering her personality.

If that story wouldve been from QM point of view, that would be a very realistic story to tell of a girl with a character development, and honestly, I can totally imagine QY as the villain half sister.
