If that's what you're getting from it at ep 19, I think that you should drop it. The drama has more nuance than…
Im actually more into wuxia and historical dramas like nirvana on fire where the leads are planning revenge and stuff, I thought to give a try to xianxia? but i feel like i might be too old for this genre
curently at epissode 19 and im getting bored..... will it get better or should i drop it? my main problem is the FL being absolute brainless and the cheesy scenes... the plot also seems dry and theres no motive or inspiration besides from the ML wanting to kill everyone and the FL is being in an abused relationship with him........ my opinion based on half of the drama, since the drama has a high rating i dont know if i should continue or drop it, need advice
This drama is the reason why I moved on from my ex lol. I just remember watching it and thinking “damn I really need to find a man that will cherish, love and understand me as much as the ML does the FL. I need a man that will treat me like a princess and the best precious human for him” thinking like this I realized that my ex is treating me badly and I deserve so much more. After that, I finally moved on. Like seriously my heart let go of him, and I started anticipating my own future Ashile sun.
I can’t be the only one who’s skipping all the romantic scenes, I’m just not feeling it...on the other hand her bickering with the crown prince is up my alley hahaha but honestly I’m watching it bcz it has such a good story it reminds me of Chinese wuxia dramas that I like, “joy of life” is really similar. It’s really refreshing to see this being used in kdramas aswell, hopefully it will become a trend.
I love it, but there is one loophole, can anyone explain me?
When the mage lady killed mu-deok to test the power of the ice stone, since mu-deok is a soul shifter wouldn’t she go wild/ become a stone once the lady killed her? Even if it’s just momentarily I thought her face would become pale like it happened in the other place where she got hurt, went wild and sucked the energy from the eunuch. But here she died like she’s a normal human, weird. I know that she used the power of the ice stone to regain energy and come back to life but I thought that before using its power like for atleast a moment she will become wild or atleast show some signs of a soul shifter.
Because of the drama itself and because I met ,him, not long after watching this.
Do not mind the low ratings yall
The idea of it is genius I couldn’t stop laughing
