This person seems to have a beef with ZLY, he thinks that every person here saying that the drama reminds them of the story of minglan is a fake account of the actress ZYL.... some wild stuff. I saw this account do it on other dramas comment sections too even if it was irrelevent to the drama. Im not even a fan of ZYL but this is funny

I literally see this same exact account trashing over ZLY and Minglan in every comment section, even on dramas that the story is not even relevent to Minglan.
Because it is the same author this account is bashing it.

Good idea! I personally like watching ongoing dramas because its fun to interact with the comment section and share theories together xD
But then comes the waiting... huh

Ohhh really, that makes so much more sense now haha, the story of Minglan is such a good drama, I have expectations now :)

The plot kinda reminds me of Minglan

Try watching the korean drama Alchemy of souls, it really reminds me of Wuxia dramas, its so good. I will watch Love like galaxy and Alchemy of souls to not feel a lack while waiting hahah

Honestly speaking, the plot is interesting enough for me to keep watching it even without the romance, even if they kept being master and discipline, reaching their own life goals and show the hardships they go through.
Somehow im tired from romance.. especially when a very powerfull character falls in love in dramas they somehow become dumber and weaker, like a damsel in distress kind of feeling. but its just my own observation and preference.

Maybe thats why I like Joy Of Life so much.Its extremely similar to this drama, but Its more about the guy becoming powerful and theres very little emphasis on romance.

On another note, ITS SO DIFFICULT TO WAIT FOR NEW EPISODES!!

Yall say that Uk and Naksu are already inlove but I cant see it at all...
I feel like Uk just begins to feel more possesive towards her, while Naksu is just using him so she can get her powers back. At most she pities him.
Why do I think so? she didnt have any problem to push this battle on him so that he can have motivation to train, without actually considering the fact he might die.
She also teaches him Tansu even though his arm can rot and he can die from it ( old mans word)
So is that love?
Naksu would be a villain in another story, a badass one. I kinda want to root for her.

I would watch a whole drama solely about her tbh

It begins to get better, eps 4-5 were a bit annoying bcz of it, I just hope he accepts this poweful old man as his master....

Naksu risking her life for him is because he is her last hope to gain her power back. I dont see their interactions as romantic yet at all, at most as good friends. She literally pushed this battle on him just for him to gain some motivation to train so he can get better, without considering if he will survive it. Is it love? we might have different view s of love.
at this point of drama, Naksu is using him more than liking or any of that sort. she likes the Yul dude more than Uk.
She will start liking him as the drama progress but at ep 6 she has no problem of using and abandoning him. shes an anti hero, in another drama she wouldve been the villain, thats her character.

He started training mostly at ep 6, I wrote my original comment at ep 5 when they were hanging with the old man for days etc.
Why do I expect from him to quickly recover his motivation? idk, I probably expected from him too much, since I thought he was really passionate about becoming powerful. Also since hes the main lead, and main leads usually have this perfect heroic strong image which we love , atleast that was the situation in the dramas I watched before.

I do realize now that they are making Uk more realistic rather than fantasy-heroic.

I didnt say hes a bad character lol? I only shared my own opinion of him. I still like him despite his lazy nature, I just simply expected more from him, atleast as a main lead. I assume he will go through a character development stage.
I also have ADHD and maybe thats why seeing him being all over the place annoys me even more.
He has 2 great masters to learn from but he keeps cooking chickens for days which is annoying.
Albeism? do not take that so far.

I just feel sorry for Naksu that she needs to witness that, she put every bet and faith on him so she could regain her powers, and then watch him cook chickens for days...
I honestly, still, do not think shes doing all that out of love for him, after all shes an anti-hero and it seems like the type of character that thinks more of herself.
So while it is understandable why he sulks, I always look at the situation from her eyes, being a great assassin mastering all those great powers.
Uk can learn so much from her and that old man master, hes extremly lucky from every way you look at it.

He didnt sulk for a day, the moment they left to the forest he kept whining and instead of practicing he was fishing and doing nothing productive towards his goal...it went on for days if not weeks by drama time frame.
Its okay to not feel motivated from this and that, but his goal looks very shallow if all it takes is just a girl to make him lose interest in it. idk its annoying. but hopefully he will come to his senses the next eps.
I also dont think he wanted to become powerful just to prove he his fathers sons, I had the idea he was originally willpowered
