You mean like every female and male lead EVER in every chinese drama??? You kinda have to look past the luck factor with these shows because we know they always survive multiple stab and arrow wounds,falling off cliffs and anything else you can imagine

Lol no girl they did not think that. A NOONA is an older lady. The men for sure knew the ladies would be ATLEAST 5 years older, probably more accurately like 8 years older. They didnt need to go on this particular show if they wanted someone 1 or 2 years older cuz they can find that easily in real life lol and i think the guys are just playimg along with the show by saying the women look the same age looooll im in my early 30s and all those women look older than 34 years old. While none of the guys look older than 30,most of the guys look around 25 years old. So im sure the guys know the age gap is huge they are just being nice ans trying to go along with the show. I mean the ladies sometimes look like old women in certain lights some of them look 40 already. Not being rude im just saying those men know they are way older.

No problem, yea it was horrible to see starving people not even get paid for laboring all day in the heat or they would only get a handful of grains to feed their whole family because the other hanful was to pay "tax" etc i know those things must have really happened in history but i dont want to see it 💔

I hope som im watching old shows right now and they are all boring. Waiting for something new.

Wow skipping a drama before even watching the first episode is crazy. Now if the show doesnt look like your type of show to watch i get that but just cuz it sounds similar doesnt mean you shouldnt give it a chance. Ive seen hundreds of k and c dramas and they are almost all the same themes done again and again but i still give everything that looks interesting its fair chance at winning my heart lol you never know it could turn out to be your favorite drama ever.

Totally agree on the romance aspect it was so boring and just did nothing for me. They didnt fit right at all. I would not watch again or recommend.

Yea and its weird like if the mom married the dad doesnt that make the 2 kids step brother and sister...like why dont the parents mind that the kids are dating. Kinda weird.

I mean she was blind when her bros assasin almost killed her dude... 🤣 so it does make sense actually. Most of the points youre addressing happen on every drama. Yea they NEVER recognize the person when they are in disguise 🥸. Have you seen dream within a dream? The chick doesnt even recognize liu yuning when "in disguise "even though he has such a unique voice andeyes and she sees him every day 🤣 i mean you have to get used to that on these shows because its a common theme. Also on every show they never discover its a female who is dressing up as a man because thats the whole plot so again its not this specific shows problem. They do that on every other cdrama out there. And theres actually alot of great fight scenes on this show. I guess if you havent watched hundreds of historical cdramas these would be annoying and issues for you but you get used to it and just expect it and kinda look past it.

I mean they always do that in dramas,they have the leads shot with arrows,stabbed AND fall off a cliff and still survive so theres nothing surprising about that. Just expect that on almost every historical cdrama...you cant take off points for that 🤣 its like they HAVE to add that scene on every cdrama.
