I love this drama so much... The week-to-week thing is also really good for this type of drama because it won't cause you to melt down due to melo (not that it's at the point yet), and it also has a steady pace that leaves you content. It's really easy to watch (so far.)
Also Hye Won flips me out. I need to know why she's all crazy and stuff ;;
also I feel bad if Shin Sung Rok's gonna get cheated on if he's loyal so I want him to not be loyal to justify the main ship, but at the same time I want SSR to stay pure despite the jerk he is ;A; *conflicted*
I have been rooting for that spectacular asshole Hwa Shin for a while now and even started to have doubts when…
Yesss, he's a very interesting second lead--he's not a flat character that everybody is supposed to just love, but a legitimately developed person.
But yeah, I was thinking that too. That's why I definitely knew the bromance would hold up at least. I get the feel they've gone through stuff like this before (though maybe not as intensely).
I've never seen such a differently-executed triangle like this?? Like, wow, this is a new dynamic for me. Are they any other dramas that have such a weird/different use of the leads? It's so different from the cliched dramas, I love it omg.

I think Go Jung Won is the perfect second lead, but he has an interesting flaw--relatively aggressive. Both in his advances (whoa whoa, already calling her "honey" is a bit...) and in anger (he seems to have the occasional outburst *kicks trash can angrily* but he recognizes it at least *sets trash can right*).
But! I really like that fact, because it makes the second lead more of a person than just a way to make the main lead look jerkier. I'm not entirely team GJW, but he definitely is an interesting character.
Is it just me or does anyone else tend to laugh even on the serious moments? Well I don't think they're…
Haha I wonder if I'm okay to be smiling in what appear ot be serious scene too! He's all freaking out and venting his feelings, but the bg music is light and I just can't help but laugh lol
This is one of my favorite dramas so far! <3 it's really taken the cliches and kind of twisted them around in a bit of a weird, fresher way.
I've never seen the first lead push the girl /towards/ the second lead (even if he's gonna regret it the next episode), and never have I seen a chaebol second lead (down to the evil mother and all! though he stands up to her, which makes it really interesting) when the first lead isn't richer than him.
Some dramas are great when you watch them, but looking back, they're not that good; and others are okay when you watch them, but when you look back, you continuously begin to love it more.
I dunno why, but for some reason I really love Remember. It's not perfect, but it was just so touching and heartbreaking at the same time. The whole father theme throughout the drama just ties the theme together so well, and the different dynamics between each father-son relationship are interesting. I thought it was good/okay when I was watching, but the more I think about it, the positives really stick out for me, and the more I love the drama. <3
Yoo Seung Ho and Park Sung Woong are both definitely on my radar after this, too...
I've never seen any of the originals, even if I have seen a remake, but man, I'm glad I saw the Jang Hyuk ver of FTLY, because his character was really just great. <3
on another note, while I love You're Beautiful, I'm gonna say that Fabulous Boys was better! It was well-executed and felt higher quality, though I think the songs are less memorable than the original.
Hana Kimi's 2007 ver also is great <3 To The Beautiful You lost some of the more fun aspects in the manga, imo. Felt more dramatic.
Where can I watch this drama? :( I can't find it anywhere!
This is totally late, and I doubt it will be of help, but if you have a Korean television subscription or something it's possible to watch it without subtitles (here: http://ch.interest.me/ocn/VOD/View/52322 ) . But that's it, and I don't think it's anywhere else. ;;
I started this for Shin Sung Rok (he's a jerk but I still love him ;A; <3), but Lee Sang Yoon... man. He was good in Liar Game, but I see why he's known for his nice guy roles. HES SO SQUISHY AND CUTE ;; His eyes are just black holes man ;; can't escape ;;
On another note, I really love the feel of this drama. It feels fresh. I'm being manipulated into endorsing this cheating but they do it so well that I can't even argue haha

Until that day, I'll watch everything he's in...
