ohmygod it's so nice!!! thanks for this compilation
hmm i actually disagree. Jung Joon Hyung is like super cheeky and extroverted. and in Start Up his character was…
Haha The Light in Your Eyes is definitely not a drama for everyone. It's not the feel good kind of drama and quite melodramatic, but seriously it is Nam Joo Hyuk's best acting role imo
He also acts along side Kim Hye Ja, who is SUCH a ggood veteran actress!
uhhh to put it in a non jargonny way, basically US dollars' got more expensive, and that meant South Korea's assets got more expensive even though none of the asset value increased. So that led to a sudden pulling out of investors and funds etc... and that led to a economic decline...
smtg like that.. lots more details in between but i think this should suffice haha...
I absolutely don't like Yu Rim as of the moment, I know the writer will give her some sort of redeeming quality…
agree that calling a stranger an idiot is completely uncalled for.
but to a certain extent i can empathise with her frustration. her life is hanging on a thread if she loses a competition (cos her family is poor) yet she see so many new naive faces coming in and out just on a whim without any consideration, and giving up after 3 months just because they are weak etc etc.
so i'm not saying her actions are justified, but i can see that the writers are writing her to be a cold, pessimistic, cut-throat kind of girl as a way to protect her fragile state...
Why can I see Jung Joon Hyung (weightlifting fairy) and Nam Do San (Start-up) in Baek Yi Jin?I hope that I can…
hmm i actually disagree. Jung Joon Hyung is like super cheeky and extroverted. and in Start Up his character was like super geeky and stiff/rigid kind of guy.
Baek Yi Jin is in fact a more mature, and grounded character. also v emotional guy too. If anything Baek Yi Jin's character reminds me a little more of his The Light in Your Eyes character, but I would say there's a huge difference too since his character there is like x100 more emotional haha.
my fav scene was actually the bus scene! I loved how natural it felt. Like they were legit just talking to each other as friends, teasing each other :) Like i can really feel that they are just hanging out???
and GOD the amount of times I replayed the bag-grabbing scene HAHAHA I loveeee how it subverted the kdrama cliche of guy-saving-girl in slow mo HAHA instead they made it a super casual thing??? he was like "atheletes should have chair priorities cos they can't get injured" HAHAHHA I DIED
Just comment here :)) we are quite active hehe

But just curious— why don’t u like nam joo hyuk hahahahah
kudos to the actors and production staff for making sure it looks legit haha
