I Give You My Perfect Score ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
For me, this drama is ranked first for Chinese dramas that will air throughout 2023 (considering that 2023 will soon end, it is likely that no other drama will succeed in shifting it).Story:
According to the genre which is Business, Romance (70% of the story is about business and the remaining 30% is about romance). In short, this drama tells the story of Jiang Hu, the daughter of a successful national brand fashion entrepreneur whose father suddenly died and his company went bankrupt, with the last of her pride she risked everything to maintain 'TENGYUE' the first shoe company founded by her father. We will be amazed by Jiang Hu's brilliant and fresh business ideas to revive national brands at a time when many people prefer international brands (China will definitely be proud of this drama).
Now for the romance part, which even though it only makes up 30% of the story, is also the one that will be most anticipated in each episode and is what makes the whole story perfect. The audience will be made to feel all kinds of emotions seeing the interaction between Jiang Hu and Xu Si, the chemistry between them will make us smile ourselves (OMG, that's so...!!!), for Zhao Yang and Yang Jian there will probably be some scenes make you surprised.
Cast:
Zhong Chu Xi as Jiang Hu
One word for her acting is "PERFECT". She played Jiang Hu so perfectly, the emotions she showed made us also feel what she felt. She is also very beautiful in this drama.
Gong Jun as Xu Si
One word for him "HANDSOME", he is very suitable for playing Xu Si. His acting is also very good, it's just that his role doesn't show much emotion, the only emotions he has to show are 'Falling in Love' and 'Falling Out of Love', apart from that he just has to play a 'Cool' which even without acting he is already cool from the start. But there is one thing that is very perfect about his acting, that is his "Deep Gaze" at Jiang Hu.
IMPORTANT:
As is known from most Chinese dramas, no matter how good, there are a lot of unimportant and boring scenes, which make episodes that should be short become long. But surprisingly in "Rising with the Wind", there is not a single unimportant or boring scene that we usually get from a Chinese drama, 40 episodes will be completed in a short time. That's what made me give a perfect score to this drama.
TMI:
When most people are crazy about "Only for Love" (which for me is too romance, sorry). For some reason I fell in love & was crazy about this drama, an example of my insanity, if I remember correctly maybe starting from episode 11 almost every day at 07:30pm I will start opening IQIYI to watch the first 6 minutes of the 2 episodes that were uploaded that day , if anyone is curious "why only the first 6 minutes?" that's because my membership is not VIP, after that at 08:00pm I start opening mkvdrama.org to download the 2 newest episodes, and if there are no updates then every 5-10 minutes I will refresh the website until there is a new upload (Crazy, right? Anyone like me?)
Lastly, a few spoilers that won't spoil the original story:
1. The BTS is more romantic than the scenes in the drama.
2. Many romantic scenes were cut.

The most Anticipated drama, BUT also the most Disappointing drama...
I'm really looking forward to this drama because it's a spin off of "Hidden Love", and people who have read the novel say that this series is better than hidden love. While waiting for the drama , I finally started reading the novel "The First Frost" (the story is good, although I think "Hidden Love" is still better)After a long wait... The wait turned into DISAPPOINTMENT!
The main reason is the Film DIRECTOR who also turned out to be the Screenwriter.
Although he did not change the main core of the story, he almost changed all the important details of the main story, such as changing Wen Yi Fan's life to be more miserable, changing the story of Zhong Si Qiao and Xiang Lang, making Wen Yi Fan cry from the beginning of her sleepwalking, and many more.
The second reason is the overall ACTING of the cast.
Almost all of their acting is just so-so like the actors of short duration chinese dramas, even Zhang Ruo Nan & Bai Jing Ting who are already experienced, for some reason both main lead seem unable to play their characters well, especially the one who plays Sang Yan.
The last reason is CHEMISTRY & CINEMATOGRAPHY.
Honestly, I didn't feel any chemistry between Shuang Jiang & Sang Yan, their romantic and touching scenes didn't make me blush, smile or warm my heart, very different from the novel where I could feel the strong feelings between the two characters who have liked each other since high school.
Almost throughout the drama we are presented with a very gloomy & dark background, making the drama seem like a low-cost production.
I was very surprised by the number of people who gave reviews with a rating of 9 and above, even a perfect score of 10.
I don't know where their ratings came from, maybe just by looking at the visuals of the main characters? or maybe just blinded by the popularity of the drama hidden love? (What is clear is that this drama cannot be compared to "Hidden Love" which is perfect in all aspects.)
