I would be surprised if they don't do it, it's such a typical plot device to add in dramas like this. If they don't do it, that's a big plus for me. The reason they might do it is that we need some clarification about her dad. I can already see the dad of the lawyer guy is probably the reason he was sentenced and died. I mean, he said it doesn't matter how they have to win, even if they have to sentence an innocent person.

My biggest fear is that the opposition will use her past against her in the court or in the media. Not only her dad but also her being a fan, because that's the only weapon they can use against her. That's where the story can fail hard if they don't do it right.
