A MASSIVE LETDOWN, poor writing, and even worse new male lead!

After the interesting 1st season, the second one was disappointing to say the least.

I can only name like a few positive things about this season. The biggest one is when this irritating Bobi guy weren't around. I just can't understand why people on MDL keep saying, they're on his side and he's the best. Maybe all of you are GOT7 fangirls, I don't know, but if that's the case, don't rate Kdramas, please!

They had ZERO chemistry with Yumi, it was a physical relationship since day 1. The guy acted like a typical perfect, handsome and kind dude, but he was anything but that. HE WAS A REAL PLAYER! He may look handsome, but Yumi were still in a relationship when he started flirting with her in the 1st season. You just don't put your coat on a woman, especially if her boyfriend is there, doesn't matter if he's drunk or not. And when they broke up, the first thing he did was asked her out when she only broke up with Woong like a couple of days ago. Or at least, I that's what I thought, because we hardly got any info about how many months passed. I didn't get why Yumi started dating with him so soon, anyway. She didn't have anyone for 3 years after her 1st boyfriend cheated on him, and they were together for 7 years, I think.

The other thing is that the minute they started dating, Bobi already was on a speed dial, I thought he's gonna do the nasty with her in the car. Who the hell does that? I'm not a prude at all, but he was a completely different character after they started dating. And let's not talk about the fact that he basically cheated on Yumi. YES, it was (emotional) cheating. If you don't feel anything for another woman, you just don't move away because you're afraid of seeing her again. How old are you, 5?

And this wasn't even the worst thing he did with Yumi! He lied for a whole week about where he was, he broke his leg, but didn't tell her girlfriend, because he didn't want her to worry? Then, 1 minute later, asked her to marry him, and she said yes? WHAT THE ACTUAL BLOODY HELL? Who the heck does that? Both of them were crazy, for sure.

You can say whatever you want about Woong, he wasn't perfect, no one is, but he never cheated on Yumi, and he only lied about his company. That's a fixable problem. It's understandable why he felt, he's not good enough for her, even tho Yumi never cared about that, and honestly, their whole break up was nonsense. If Yumi wait for 5 minute, he would've said yes to her proposal.

Honestly, I can't believe I say this, but Ruby was the best character on the show and with Control Z they were so funny.😂

If there's gonna be another season, I'm not gonna watch it, unless if it's about Yumi and Woong, because I don't see the point of watching another season with another guy.

I already skipped most of the animated parts because it was boring and irritating. It only felt fresh and original in the 1st season. The writers overused it, and we saw the same scenes multiple times as well, that was also ridiculous.

I don't even remember when was the last time a Kdrama made me this frustrated.

Big potential, big letdown!

The unfinished book!

This is the best way to describe this drama.

It's another show with great potential, a fantastic first half, but the second half was all over the place, especially the last 2 episodes. I think it's safe to say 12 episodes were not enough for the writer to handle these characters properly.

Not gonna lie, the whole time traveling, body swapping plot surprised me, because it was actually interesting, and that's why I think this was a missed opportunity, because they could've done with this so much more.

SPOILER from here!

Literally no one get what they deserve, pretty much everyone got their happy ending or something similar. I don't get how Do Hwa Seon never get punished for almost killing Seon Chaek, she became a monk or something and then later she married to Seon Chaek's brother? What the heck?

Cho Eun Ae was a surprisingly good side-villain, but what they did to her in the finale was insane. They basically erased her memory without any explanation so she can have a happy ending with Su Gyeom, another nonsense ending.

Our main leads were great, obviously, but as I already said, almost half the season was spent on the wedding nonsense. To be honest, the finale with a 4th wall breaking was totally unnecessary, yet again.

This is basically your average romcom without proper writing. You won't miss anything if you don't watch it, but if you do, it's not that bad if you don't use your brain.

There should be a law against poorly written scripts!

I won't waste much time on this review, because I only watched 3 episodes, and that was already hard to watch.

This is a legal drama about students, but it felt more like a fantasy. How can a legal drama be this unrealistic? I found more plot holes and characters made so many stupid decisions after 3 episodes than in 16 episodes in many other dramas.

Not sure why this drama is so overrated, maybe because most Kdrama fans are not used to well-written stories, or the fact that it was fast paced so it makes the viewer feel like it's good. Even tho it's not.

To be honest, I only wanted to watch this because of the cast, other than Go Youn Jung's character, almost everyone was irritating as hell.

Dumb police, even dumber judges, lawyers and students.

Don't waste your time, if you want to watch a good legal drama find something else.

This is like the beta version of 2521 and Strong Girl Bong Soon!

I tried, just like the writers, but I failed, just like them!

I couldn't watch more than 1.5 episode! I watched some really bad Kdramas over the years, and I only finished those, because I loved the actors. Well, this show doesn't have anyone who force me to watch it till the end.

The sport aspect was boring, unlike in 2521, the female lead is not likable or interesting like Bong Soon or Hui Do.

I didn't find anything captivating in this show, IT LACKS THE CHARM, it feels forced, and after 2 episodes, I can already see how it's gonna end. It's better if I don't waste my time.

Overrated drama, for sure!

I wish the writers would listen to the inner characters in their heads.

First of all, this show has an original, and interesting concept, and I have to say, even tho I disliked many things, it was more about the fact that the characters were written like real people.

I think, the biggest problem with the show is that what makes it unique is the same thing that makes it boring as well after some time. The first 8-10 episode were great, but at one point the animated characters felt repetitive and boring, and I usually don1t skip scenes, but I did it.

Even tho I put this show in my favorite list, I only did it because this offered something different, not because it was the best written Kdrama.

The main couple was lovable and cute, and the best part is that neither of them were perfect Disney characters without any flaws. They're idiots, making stupid mistakes. And yes, it's irritating as hell, but that's how life is.

I don't think I ever wanted to actually k-ll a Kdrama character that wasn't a villain, but I felt the need to do this while watching what Sae Yi did. I despise people who act like a friend, but they're actually trying to ruin your life, because they're greedy, to say the least.

As for Ruby, well, she was also irritating, BUT I have to say, I think she was more interesting than the main characters. Why? Because the way she acts speaks volumes. She just wants to be loved, and that means she's probably the loneliest character on the show.

Overall, this is a pretty good show, fun, entertaining and real romance story, but I hope the 2nd season is better. Thanks to MDL's character descriptions, they already spoiled the main thing for me, but it's not like it was a secret, the writers already started to develop the new romance since the 1st minute the new guy arrived. And honestly, I already dislike him, because he's such a typical Kdrama male character. Pretty face, nice guy, pretty much perfect.

So, let's hope I won't be disappointed.

Drop It Like It's Hot! - Snoop

I think the title is accurate, sadly, the show is not hot, it's cold as a dead person.

Yeah, no, thank you. I already had enough of this show after 2 and a half episodes. Shin Hyesyun's acting is top-notch as usual, but the whole DID plot was ridiculous. Like, how can you live like this and no one knows anything about it? She had a boyfriend for 8 years and her persona never changed? The writing was LAZY AS HELL and INCONSISTENT! How is that she's still alive even tho she has 2 jobs? Not to mention BORING side characters. EVERYONE!

Now, I read how it ends, so that's another reason to not finish it. 2nd ML is okay, she had 10 times better chemistry with him, but then he has a STALKER woman next to him, and he ends up with her? Are you mad?

The funny thing is, I dropped "When the Weather Is Fine" after 2 episodes too, and it's the same writer.

This is 2 out of 2 bad show from her so far.

Just be yourself Korean *Mia Thermopolis!

If you're interested in this movie, this is how I can describe it in one sentence!

Don't expect some overcomplicated love drama or storyline, this is like any other coming of age movie with good writing and a feelgood vibe without any big problems. If I have to compare it to something, I'd say, this was like (LITTLE SPOILER INCOMING!!!) the "20th Century Girl" with Happy Ending.

The movie doesn't offer much, except a likable group of friends and a supporting family. I really liked the dynamic between Seri and her father! Everyone were great, and even tho the movie is 2 hours long, it was enough to develop their journey properly and see how close they are. They really did go for 100 miles for each other, and that was refreshing to see.

The chemistry between the cast is top-notch, Shin Eunsoo and Gong Myung didn't have a hard time to sell their romance, and the rest of the crew were on par as well.

"Love Untangled" doesn't go deep into their lives, especially Yunseok's side story with his dad, but I didn't feel we needed more, because that wasn't really the point of the movie, and I'm glad they emphasized that he knew everything about the message that Seri left, because it was weird at first, so props to the writer for not ignore it.

Overall: It's predictable plot, but we don't love these type of movies, because the story is complex, it's pure fun, especially if you're a 90s kid.

Lastly:

*How many of you understood the reference? It's from "The Princess Diaries" movie, because I feel like this was kinda similar to that, except, Seri is not a royal blood.
