I feel yo on the support part. It feels like Yap just dropped the ball honestly. Like the first episode had so much potential, but it never got to really take flight. It felt like the narrative was never really fleshed out or connected at all. And it feels like the actors never had any chemistry

Now that the dumpster fire is over...and an underwhelming one at that. Did the only good episode that existed was the first one?
Can anyone explain what was the point? I feel like Yap didn't know either. It just felt like a bunch of...air with no real point or character development.

Let's not forget that all of this so far has been a flashback. I feel like Xavier's ex will come back and he may give in and "get back" with her which will put us in present day

Why is it ridiculous to expect strong same gender love in every single drama? That's a bit privileged to make that statement. Considering LGBT relationships have always been relegated to the background or a side plot. It's not unfair to be upset when a same-gender relationship is teased. I understand people can twist things into what they are not. However, isn't that telling of a greater issue that there is a lack of content that people are starved to see, and companies prey on on that while still treating viewers as a niche when oddly enough queer people exist and are more than side characters

I've been following it, and it's odd that that an announcement hasn't been made to cancel the show. He's openly confessed to being in a relationship with a minor, and yet the show is still on.
I think it will finish, but the way the script, and direction has been...that might do the show in more than Yapp's behaviour.

Ok it's not just me thinks ng this episode was all-over the place.
You could tell they shot the running scenes first because Christian looked haggard in the early scenes and he was drenched in the scene with his mom, and it was distracting.
I felt like no one had chemistry at all except Wolf and Christian, like you said, and that terrible kiss. I mean it was literally cheek to cheek; they could've just hugged.
Yeah and that "comedic" part at the end was a WTF for sure

So far Gameboys and Love by Chance are the least problematic...though LBC has one issue.
My bromance is another one that's good, the series, cause the films plot was weak

I'm barely half way through and I'm already seeing all the issues you mentioned.
Not to point out that the characters talk in circles, that and that so much of the dialogue leads to dead ends and plot drama

It feels like a red herring. The use of babe is probably an endearment. Cause Gavreel is flirting way too hard to be with her.
