The first round isn't bad, even the cinematography is fluid to a point until the end. Femmes are poorly presented in all BL which is annoying.

Sotus has never been nor will ever be a "Masterpiece" controversial issue played down like it's not problematic at all, and teased secondary plots that are just dropped; it was way too long focusing on the act of Sotus itself that just padded the show

Can we talk about the problematic stuff of people being drugged, threatened, blackmailed and idle gossip with apparently little consequence?

Right! I was tired of them trying to justify SOTUS...like if the actual thing was like it was when they were trying to capture the flag it would've been more endearing. I think it was a poor plot device to create tension, but at the same time validate SOTUS, which is so stupid and drug the series out way too much
