yes, you will enjoy it. i'm not a baseball fan either but this show doesn't really go in depth into the sport; it's more about the management and the politics behind the sport. but even then there's a good dose of playing here and there and it was depicted/explained it in a way that wasn't confusing or convoluted.

a pleasant surprise and better than most romance dramas that i've seen. highly recommend for anyone searching for a delicate yet passionate love. it was even heartbreaking and melancholic at times.

after the devil judge, where jisung's character was an anti-hero; morally grey, layered, charismatic, merciless and refined yet enigmatic, his characters here are much lackluster and i don't feel connected to either of them or their motives. i wish jisung can give a similar performance because i know he's a wonderful actor, but the writing and character depth seems to be quite weak so far.

i'm guessing the mls' dad was embroided in some sort of conspiracy to expose the chairman's evil deeds but was murdered due to corruption of some sorts.

it seems like korean netizens don't care about or turn a blind eye to many scandals, especially if it's from decades ago. or maybe they believe that he's gotten punished already and has attoned, thus forgiveable.
