Amazing cast, I don't want to believe it is as bad as everyone says... Its really that poorly written?
I just finished it. Is it a 10/10? No. I enjoyed it though. I didn’t have to pay close attention to every second and still could follow it. Parts are infuriating, but all in all I think it is a lot better than many of the ratings say. I watched for the two male leads and they were fantastic.

I really wanted to love this, but honestly the only reason I am finishing it is because of Neo Hou’s gorgeous face. Zhou Ye was fantastic as always, but this show did not keep my attention at all. I finished just to finish, but really sad I can’t say that this was a favorite because I thoroughly expected it to be. It checks all my boxes for what I love in a good costume drama, but sadly this fell flat.
