What makes an actor/actress impactful in a drama story? To me is that after watching this show, I cannot imagine anyone else as He Si Mu or Duan Xu, they made their roles in the stories believable, and that’s what make this drama good to watch.🤩🤩🤩
Not as bad as I fear....Reba's acting is really solid here, this will shut anyone who dares to say she can't act. It was Arthur's acting that worried me because, there's stiff acting and there's Arthur's stiff acting.....yeah he has a category on his own, fortunately he's okay here, all in this is a good drama.
I don’t think he’s boring, he’s introverted and charming - and that evidently showed when he was in the variety show “Wow the World.”
“He has witnessed many versions of himself: the lively and silent one; the raw joys and sorrows on set; and the dark complexity of his characters. He holds all of these facets within himself - neither denying them nor indulging in them. He allows emotions to pass through him. He can feel low. He can be insipid. He can be boring.”
The statement above not only describes CXX, but most, if not, all actors. Their art is entertainment and they deliver emotions that can or will affect them. He was a child actor and much like Wu Lei, we have witnessed some breaks in acting, which is okay - they’re allowed to rest. I hope he can take some time to relax and breathe. He is a wonderful actor and I respect his artistry, and hope that he continues to shine.
