Let's hope that the acting and plot is so good we get distracted from the cgi (not saying the cgi is bad or anything)
I'm sure about the acting of the whole cast and what I've been told by those who have read the novel, the plot also seems interesting. The CGI is not BAD, it's just... decent? And it could improve in the series, in the end in the trailer we only have clips
Whats the problem with the CGI? I found it okay. Maybe i am just dumb
I mentioned CGI because 80% of the post trailer comments mention it, so I wanted to say my piece too. But I've been waiting for this series for over a year, at the event held in 2023 where they announced it, so I'll take whatever they give me and I'll be happy too

I'm going to say something shocking, but I don't like vampires as a theme. So I've always avoided series with that theme. But I love JossGawin and I'm hoping for their chemistry. I'll watch the whole series, I'll probably love it, but I'll also be blind to its scenic flaws. I'm saying that from now on

Well, the part about the glass when they jump out the window, or when Joss moves super fast, made me shiver. It took them almost 3 months to work on the CGs. 3 months where they left us to our own devices without any news. Well, for the time spent I expected better. Then I complained but when I see the series I won't even pay much attention, probably, because I'll be enchanted by JossGawin
I finished the trailer. I have a lot to say. Let's start by saying that the vast is fantastic and will do 80% of the work in supporting the story. I hate the giant canines, the blood that looks like juice and Joss's eyes. The CGs are nothing special... really. After almost 2 months of work I DEMANDED high-level CGs, of course with the limitations of a company like GMMTV, but better. However, they disappointed me. The second part of the trailer moved me, those frames while they are in the water, when Gawin cries... well, I'm ready for this show to see this. I was a little sad that I was hoping for a darker story, instead it's rather... light? I don't know, it could just be the trailer.
But I want to reassure and reassure myself about one thing. Pilots are always better than Trailers. At least in 90% of cases this happens. I remember ThamePo, one of the best series ever produced by GMMTV, when the trailer came out the entire comment section was disappointed because the elevator scene was missing and for "less" emotions. But in the end the series turned out to be one of the best. So let's wait for the series and see.
Ok, I read ALL the comments and now I'm ready to watch the trailer. Only one comment: horrible poster, the previous one was waaaay better, change it please
Same girl, sameIm afraid of JossGawin being bashedBut I can assure you the story is good
Have you read the novel? I'm holding back because I want to have a blind experience. If you tell me the story is good I'll trust you. But now I have everything else that makes me anxious...
The more time passes the more my anxiety increases. What if it will be cringe? What if it will have bad special effects? What if the story will be boring? I don't know, my expectations are quite high and now I'm seriously afraid of being disappointed.
I'll correct you on one thing. James never said he wanted to stop acting. What I think is that he felt forced…
Then my fault! I've read so many times around people saying that James said he wanted to step away from acting for a moment that when you quoted that piece I thought, mistakenly, that's what you meant. In general I agree with you. Unfortunately Domundi is a company that drags out its projects for too long. Minimum 2 years to see the light of their series. I wish they would change management in this sense. I prefer fewer announcements but more certainties.
I don't get the whole "James leaves the show, so it gets delayed" thing. The news of James withdrawing from the…
I'll correct you on one thing. James never said he wanted to stop acting. What I think is that he felt forced into a ship, and maybe we don't know anything about it but Net and James could have argued. We will never know.
