Yes, absolutely, I agree with you. People should do what they feel like. If one decides to continue to endure this spectacle he must not be insulted, in the same way if someone wants answers he must be free to ask for them. I would just respond to "there's no reason to follow someone if you don't believe what they say." From my personal experience this is not the case. Especially on Twitter which I use very little and mainly for things related to BL (It's not a popular social network in Italy).
Personally I expect Joss to give his explanations and maybe even an apology. I'm sure he's not a homophobic and misogenic person, he doesn't seem like the type to me, but being an actor who only shows what he wants to show (like every public figure) it's right that he explains himself.
I hope that the situation can be resolved as peacefully as possible. Talking about this show, it's not just Joss, but it's the other actors, the directors, all the people who worked on it. They don't deserve to have all their work destroyed because of one person's mistake.

Actually yes hahaha. At the moment as far as I'm concerned. There are those controversial characters who every now and then make that senseless and ugly post, and after a few minutes it already has 1000 comments where 80% are memes and jokes. I happened to follow a similar character, not because I admired what he says but because I want to be among the first to read that post, with popcorn in hand and have fun. Yes, I'm a bad person but I don't hurt anyone. That said, I'm Mr. Nobody while Joss is an actor. EarthMix sells like hotcakes, you could release a series of theirs at 3pm on any Tuesday and it would still be a success. One of those cases where the day is not important. There are other shows in GMMTV that need to come out (break up service, Us, my golden blood, boys in love) but they need more targeted days.
