Ahhh come on, I wanted some more scenes with Habibi ๐
He was so handsome but the name gave me ick. I know it's supposed to be a fake name but... Even though I don't know anything about arabic but I'm very sure it's not used for a name at all unless it's a nickname. But the guy was really handsome
i genuinely have never seen a show like this in my entire life. its beautifully written and directed and shot,…
It felt raw because it's based on a real life experience of the book author. He's also the screenwriter of this show. I personally wouldn't consider it as a bl but still it's really good.
Gave me so much mixed feelings, however it's a good one, still at episode 6 though... I was scared his relationship…
I was thinking he needed therapy the all time because all the shits he had to go through. But it didn't effect him from outside much , he was still partying and moving forward in life but all the trauma buried deep inside of his heart was always there. I guess that's why when the butterflies dies he never able to find comfort in relationship.
The time when the religious guy says something weird about halloween, I did felt like either he was a weird one or the writer of this drama was weird but later it everything was exposed.
Really loved this series. It's one of the best korean drama where the series has story other than just labeling their sexuality.
nam yoon su kissed more people in this series than combining his other projects lol.
I might be wrong about this but why the Japanese guy name is "habibi". It doesn't sound like a common arabic name. Mostly I've seen people use this word like as a bro.
I loved it. One of the best Asian queer drama for sure. 9/10 from me. ๐ฅCan anyone suggest me something similar.…
There's this english series named "one day". There's also a very famous movie with similar name " one day" but I haven't watched that. It gives kinda of similar vibe where main character goes through many up and down through the whole series.
I don't think someone who won the Baeksang for Best Actress just two years ago can be called "underrated". She's…
Not only korea she's famous worldwide for the role in handmaiden. I know many other actor and actress are also famous outside of korea but the popularity of handmaiden is unmatched.
I started a Japanese -taiwanese movie but it felt little out of place to me. Is this show good at making the awkwardness caused by two different film industry go away.
Another detail I liked is how they kept jeongnyeon's skin color darker than the other trainee. If you see a typical kdrama there a woman living in countryside and working hard labour will have skin whiter than milk. Some people might think it as colorism to cast a poor people with darker color but it's the truth that they work all day under scorching heat so there's no way their face has the glass skin. Kim taeri can pull any hairstyle she looks super cute in short hairstyle.
One thing that stood out the most was when they were in the theatre. And you can see the different attires of women who came to watch the show. Some were wearing the traditional like jeongnyeon, some were wearing wearing school uniform and some were wearing western outfits.
Jung eunchae was in Pachinko too. She's stunning and has sharp jawline and facial features which makes her the girl crush.
Kim taeri look really cute pumpkin in her hairstyle and in her outfits. You can never go wrong with her choice of drama. She always choose the best script and nail it as always. She's the only korean actor with whom I've never even once disappointed with .
