I DON'T THINK THAT THERE IS A VILLAIN IN THE STORY LIKE A MAN VS MAN TYPE OF CONFLICT. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY MAN VS THE LAWS OF NATURE.
They are battling against what is ALREADY set and pre-determined in "The Beginning", so I don't quite understand all this hate for the DEITY GIRL. I know she's for the two main leads, not against them. You can quite see through the way she looks and talks with the DOOM guy even in the heat of their argument.
It's a feel-good drama y'a'll. THIS IS SLICE OF LIFE. Not action pack, no face slapping, no comedic stunts, just like how real day to day living goes with people you eventually meet as you go through life. I love how subtle it is.
People label it as "boring" but I think, they miss one interesting thing about the series: It portrays a variety of people with different lifestyles and backgrounds and how this affects their relationships and makes their interactions relatable and unique at the same time. UGH, I'm lost for words, just watch it y'all.
Nope, this is not for you if you're expecting something new or mind-blowing. This is an easy going drama with not much plot just FLUFF and I'm chill with that.
Aside from the 'marriage contract' cliche, the main couple's relationship progress nicely, MC and ML think and act maturely and there are no unreasonable misunderstandings, not much push and pull (which frustrates me to death on most dramas).
If you're a fan of josei or slice of life kind of Chinese novel translations (mostly found on novelupdates.com) then you're in for a treat! This adaptation is simply fun I wish I could read the novel itself. <3
I can't help but noticed Lee min ho's pores every time the camera zoom's in. I guess his skin type is dry since it's a bit flaky around the lower nose area. WHAHAHA forgive me for bringing my addiction to skin care while watching the drama.
I spent the whole day binge-watching the 1st season again, making sure I'm refreshed and ready for the SECOND SEASON! OMO
SURELY 12 IS NOT ENOUGH!

Looking forward to when he finally gets to be the main lead :)
