News Coming back home never felt so good
It's crazy to think that the original LoveSick was one of the very first Thai BLs I ever watched. Back then, it was something completely different. Despite the censored kisses and the open ending of the first season, it managed to capture that innocent feeling of first love and longing in a way that stayed with me for years. That's why I was a little nervous about this remake, but it ended up being a really pleasant surprise. Instead of simply copying the original, it kept its heart while cutting away much of the unnecessary drama that made the old version feel stretched at times. Fitting such a long story into just 15 episodes could have easily felt rushed, but I think they did a great job focusing on what truly mattered. The casting was excellent, the production felt more polished, and the chemistry between the leads made it easy to fall in love with the story all over again. I also appreciated that Noh and Ohm's friendship received more attention, adding another layer of warmth to the drama. This remake doesn't try to replace the original. It simply retells it in a more modern, tighter way.
