And when YouTube arrived and anime episodes were uploaded in 1 minute 20 second parts with Spanish subtitles 🇪🇸💀sometimes NONE. You watched anyway. Because commitment.

I’ve been in this game since the beginning 😤📺
BUT like every true millennial, I tracked my watch history on loose papers, notebooks, and my brain 📄📓🧠
So I’m new to MDL and honestly don’t know if I’ll ever finish uploading my watchlist because I don’t even remember what I watched in 2008 🫠😂

My Asian-content addiction started  in the 90s with mangas 📚➡️ anime 🎌➡️ early dramas with a CRIMINAL amount of ads 📺⏸️😩
Ads every 5 minutes. No skip button. Just vibes and suffering.

💬 MSN Messenger (BRB / AFK / song lyrics as status)
📞 Dial-up internet noises
🧃 Juice boxes
🖥️ Family computer in the living room
👀 Parents walking in at the WORST possible scene

I love well-written dramas and yes—I have ✨STRONG OPINIONS✨
Characters? Acting? Cinematography? Plot holes?
I notice everything 🧐 sometimes I’m too critical 😬 sometimes I’m emotional 😭 sometimes I’m dramatic for NO reason 🤡
But it’s all in good fun. Mostly.

I recently opened a TikTok 📱 where I attempt short reviews, but let’s be real some of these shows require a TED Talk, a PowerPoint, a whiteboard, and emotional support 🧠📊🛋️
