I love seeing villains falling in love, maybe you prefer a childhood friends to lovers but we are not all like that, some of us like gray morality characters

Terrorists are not going to attack just because a kdrama has named a character like their devil figure, the cast and writer of this kdrama are popular for us that we watch korean content, but general public doesn't even know about this series, it's not Squid game

If you read the synopsis they uploaded (not the one here in mydramalist, the new one netflix has uploaded today) you'll see it's just another demon/human rom-com, just like that kdrama My demon

You can believe what you want too but I don't get why is a problem to have a character based on Iblis if there're other series out there where the characters are based on Lucifer and other religious evil figures. There're even series where God or Christ appear. It's really not the big deal y'all are trying to put

Other evil fictional figures are used in plenty of dramas (Loki, Lucifer, even in greeke and roman mithology). As an atheist, idgaf about any religion, but it's VERY different to use a real historical evil person (Hitler or other dictators) and using a religious character (Lucifer, Shaytaan, Iblis) since the second ones doesn't exist irl. There're plenty of dramas out there where the main lead is Lucifer or Shaytaan and there is no problem. As far as they don't laugh at arabic and muslism culture, there is no problem about using a religious name of a non-real character even if it's an evil character

Yeah but, as I said, korean muslims exist even if they're a great minority in their country. I know that muslims are more delicated than christians when it comes to their religions, but we live in a globally world, I mean, Aladdin and Mulan exist and it's created by americans not by mulism and chinese people. It's really not THAT serious to create a story based on a different culture if they do it with respect. Let's wait until it's released and we'll see if it's respectful with arabic culture or not before we critize it

But it's fiction, it's not glorifying Iblis. As I said, there're plenty of dramas out there where the main lead is a demon, Lucifer, Shaitan or any other evil character, they're not laughing at muslims. It's just a drama based on arabic and muslim culture but obviously everything is fiction

Sorry but i don't understand why people is getting mad just because his name is Iblis. There're other series where the main lead is Lucifer or a demon, I don't get what's the problem with Iblis

This might be the best gl of the year so far

Second couple's screen time is ok, third couple's screen time is for decoration. The dynamic is different from Cutie pie. The problem with the series is that is so boring, you feel like nothing interesting is happening and the episodes have a lot of filler time
