I really liked this drama, the story, although sad and troubled, is very coherent. The romance between the two protagonists grows little by little and is very believable, the chemistry between them is extraordinary. The actors are very good, the sets and costumes are beautiful. And the story focuses on a very unhappy time from a social point of view, which I believe has some truth. Which makes me grateful for the evolution of the social situation in these countries to this day, which, although still not perfect, makes me happy that I wasn't born at that time.
I also have to reiterate that JT did abandon HW when he had just turned four (4).....1. HW did not go to daycare/babysitter…
I agree with you. This is the weakest part of this story. He was the owner of the hospital and could have assigned a nurse, or nurse's assistant, to look after the child while he was caring for the patient. He was not just any doctor employed at the hospital. So he abandoned WR several times and for many years. I also think that SJ as a psychiatrist had a poor professional performance related to NJ. She allowed a person with serious mental problems to continue to act and harm not only herself, but other people. Rubbing NJ's head, she didn't help NJ improve and behave better. I think SJ should undergo a serious psychoanalysis as she seems to have guilt issues towards NJ.

And he wasn't a terrible person on that date 25 years ago. He was perfidious for 25 years, because he knew who the kidnapper was and could have looked for HW at any time during those 25 years. But no, he turned his back and forgot. Did he ever really like HW? Did he ever really love MR?
I'm really tired of this series: The reason JS left HW with her kidnapping mother is weak. Out of revenge for his father-in-law? by the love of God! That's why the wife and son he says he loves were separated for 25 years. He said his wife had mental problems. And he never worried about what happened to HW left alone by a mother who died. Anything bad could have happened to him! JS is a very bad person. There's no point in apologizing. There's no way to apologize
Right, especially since she only heard one side of the story. MR is very gullible though and often misled. HS…
Thank you Nexes for your very friendly response. I understood that these long dramas are not very interesting to me. I started watching them to learn a little about Korean culture, but I believe they send a message to the population about the need for tolerance (at the level of turning the other cheek, like SJ does with NY), about the duty of filial love , which does not allow questions (like the one between the boy and SJ's stepmother). I wonder if these behaviors are naturally normal, or if the shows want to encourage this. For me, these are harmful behaviors, because without questioning there is no change, there is no improvement, there is no growth. Anyway, thank you for your suggestions. I'm watching The good partners and I am liking it very much. If you want to spend time having fun, watch No Gain, No Love. I will following your suggestions and watch the Auditors and Miss night and Day. Also eish you a pleasant weekend!
At first it wasn't predictable because I thought the CEO was going to be the 2nd ML because he too was looking…
Sorry, I wasn't very clear. The romance for me is predictable, because usually all contract marriage stories end with both spouses in love. I don't think the main story of this series is about who will be the CEO of the company. And it doesn't seem to me that ML is interested in that. The series is comical and the 2 main couples are very funny. I hope the series continues to be as enjoyable to watch as it is so far

As it is, it is very tiring to watch this series. The villains always win, without any punishment so far. And they keep doing it. I'm thinking about abandoning the series and returning only after the end, if the comments here are positive.
So far the series is excellent! Although the story is predictable, the direction is fast, modern. The actors, especially the female leader, are very good. I'm loving it.
