Lazy Cat

Don't get me wrong. I like this drama. The acting, the chemistry, the romance, the comedy, even the ost (sang by our very own Lee Sangyi) is all good, very good.
But, I'm a bit disappointed because the male lead is not Gyuhyun, but Kang Hajun.
Yes, I know the premise is Jayeon got isekai-ed into her own novel. But I thought that part would not take the whole drama and we'll get more interactions between Jayeon and Gyuhyun.
So, the romance, no matter how good it was, I saw it was between Jayeon and KHJ (although they have the same face, KHJ is not Gyuhyun) and that made me couldn't really get into it.
And it seems like because of this "dream", she got a bit soft hearted towards Gyuhyun when at the time, she didn't know him beside as the Hater. And, although Gyuhyun keeps proving himself to be worthy of her love in NGNL, it just doesn't sit right with me.

I think the concept will be fun if it was a stand alone fantasy romance drama between the Author and the Character she wrote that gain awareness that he's a character like KHJ did.

Well, in a way, I'm glad to see Han Jihyun and Lee Sangyi again, I hope they'll do more projects together again in the future.

Tbh, I started this drama bc I'm a fan of Park Sung Woong, but turns out the drama itself is interesting. The veteran actors are very good and their characters are pretty unique. So far it's pretty fast pace, the first case is solved in episode 2. I just hope the writing will hold up until the end.

Omg for a while I thought the actor that plays Daon is the same with sml in Jang Nara's My Happy Ending, and that his acting is getting so much better. Turns out they're completely different person! 🙈

My guess is Lee Kidong is Chowon's father, he had her with his college gf, the noodle shop owner.
Also maybe that's why he didn't show up at his wedding, he probably just found out he has a daughter and didn't know how to handle it...

I hope this just for a closure and not trying to get his cheating ass back together with Eunkyung. His role in Eunkyung's life should be just as Jehui's dad and nothing more.

At least we get a funny(?) albeit brief bromance between Jeongwoo and Sangcheol 😅

Love the pacing of this drama.
I'm glad the divorced is finished and they didn't dragged it, so let's move on onto the next conflicts!

Okay, gotta admit this is better than I thought it would be 😁 let's see if future episodes can keep that up

I don't know what Sara was thinking dragging Woojin to her mess with the whole office husband stuff. Like he's literally the heir of Daejong and she's just a secretary. Did she really think that he wouldn't retaliate? Then again what do we expect from someone who fall for a cheater's bullshit...

The father was always failed in business and made the family having trouble financially, the last straw was explained in ep 2, when the mother finally get to gather money from many sources, to open a snack bar to provide for the family. And it was going well until some loan shark destroyed the resto bc the father borrowed money from them.
It was very heartbreaking to see all the hardwork from the mother and daughter just went to dust bc the father's thoughtless acts.

So far, more than the father, I really dislike the useless little brother more.
So fast to side with the father just bc he's rich.
The brother has no loyalty to his sister that literally worked herself to the point of passing out to feed him.
The mother is right when she said the sister should stop coddling him.
Let him work his ass off too, maybe he'll grow up and stop being a leech.
