I mean, if I have to choose one man from a bunch of guys and one of them is Kim Youngkwang, I would definitely choose Kim Youngkwang without a second thought
Heads up for anyone who started this drama bc of Kim Youngkwang. He didn't show up much in episode 1, but don't be discouraged! Please keep watching bc the story is interesting. It tells about Eunsoo's life which turns upside-down bc of her husband, also explains where the drugs coming from, and why Eunsoo decided to sell the drugs. Kim Youngkwang appearance in ep 1, although brief, shows his double life, as an art teacher and a drug dealer in a club. In episode 2, we'll get to see lots of him! The episode even starts with his narration and James in action, giving out drugs to club goers and VIP clients. So, just be patient and happy watching!
The present timeline of this drama is October 2021... I wonder why? Curious if there will be a time jump to the present (2025) or they'll stay on their time line till the end...
Episode 2 is so good! And James has a murder board in his room!? He seems to be targeting certain people from some company... he probably has some kind of vengeance against those people...can't wait for next week
Solid first episode! I love how Eunsoo didn't make the decision to sell the drugs lightly. She was pushed to the corner. Lee Yeongae's acting nailed every phases of her life. From the perfect one to the ruin one. Park Yongwoo as the cop is pretty cool. The action and the chase sequences was well choreographed and well executed. Hopefully the cops are competent and not annoying like other shows. And, of course, our Kim Youngkwang! He only shows up for a brief time. But, the impact! The gentle art teacher Lee Gyeong and the cool club MD slash drug dealer James...can't wait to see more of him!
Okay, maybe not everyone agreed with Jeong Ishin, but it irked me when Suyeol or the others refer her victims as 'innocent' people. They're literally abusers! I don't really care if she killed them to satisfy her thirst for blood or whatever, at least she chose scumbags to kill. Unlike, most (male) serial killers who killed the actual innocent, like random women and children.
How come the writers write fantasy but don't have any imagination at all? The angels are so weak, like even after they get their powers back they're still driving around in a car? Use your angelic powers or something Mirr does nothing but faint, I was hoping a cgi dragon since yknow she's a dragon but one punch and she fainted again. There's lots other disappointment but other comments already cover it. Once again prove that big name actors can't save the shitty writings.
Weird people comment saying Chun Woo Hee resembles Song Hye Kyo in derogatory tone? Maybe check your eyes bc I don't see any resemblance except they're both beautiful and talented ladies. Don't like the show, don't watch. Leave my queens alone.
I know every actors in drama is good actor, but why the acting so awkward? Feels like they're gonna burst out laughing anytime... Seo Inguk is very underutilized, he can do better than this...
I know we should be glad they have a happy ending but I can't help but wonder what happen in ML's family later? Did he and his mom went to US? And what about the abusive father? Maybe a little explanation as a closure would be great....
Another KBS drama that air now, Twelve, is so bad in production... They got good cast (Ma Dongsok, Park Hyungsik, Seo Inguk etc) but the script and the production is bad... I'm worried about this drama, I hope this has better production overall... Kim Youngkwang and Lee Youngae deserve it...
A decent first episode. Pretty much just covering the background story. I'm not familiar with all the twelve angels but slowly getting there. Excited about Mirr's story, love Lee Joobin ❤️
I'm sorry but I really don't like the way Yeorum treated Jinny in ep4. I get she got her problems but it's not fair to take it out on the poor dog. She talked rudely and yelled at the dog when Jinny just being a dog. Pets may not understand our words, but they understand gestures, tone of voice, facial expressions... I'm glad she snapped out of it when Jinny run away (entirely her fault btw) but I already turned off by her behavior.
Seeing everyone thirsting over him and Moon Baek in real time is crazy 😆 I'm glad people are discovering him, he deserves the recognition... I just hope they see him as a very good actor too, not just his visual...

Can't wait to see Kim Youngkwang in romance again ❤️
