Out of the three background stories, Taegu is the least sympathetic. I get he's trying to get his son back but dude, the kid doesn't even want you, he's scared of you bc you're a violent mf. He doesn't actually care about his son, what he cares about is getting back his property, just like that apartment. If he really loves his son, he would've let him go with the mom and the stepdad bc they seems to actually love the kid and can give him a better life.
In a way, I'm glad Eunsoo grew a backbone and won't let herself being pushed around but I hope she won't ruin Lee Gyeong's plan.. he's been working on it for so long...

Another thing I love about this drama is they didn't make Eunsoo a damsel in distress. She's a quick thinker and resourceful. Sure, she got herself in some situations and Lee Gyeong saved her a few times, but she saved him too. They saved each other's ass.
So, it seems 10 years ago, Lee Gyeong was responsible or involved with someone's death and made his family fell from grace (his father was shown begging to some rich man)... Not clear who the victim yet or Lee Gyeong got punishment by law, or the connection with kang hwirim... can't wait for next week!
Did they ever mention how old is Eun Su and how old is James? I know daughter is 15.
