It's an unwanted arranged marriage with slow burn so i cannot really name at which episode they get together cz it was on and off but after the 20th episode ML was clear about his growing feelings for her and decided to work on their relationship for real. Answering to your second question: Nope they never had any break-up tho some typical band-wife misunderstandings which also gets sovled bh in the next episode, it doesn't keep hanging on.
