Okay, I’m a little confused here, whoever has read both the books (including her sister’s) please explain this - when Sun says to Chan “Can you take my place for the night like how we used to do in our school days” what does that supposed to mean? Because in “My only sunshine” they said that, they never knew they had a twin and were separately raised. In different countries. So, am I missing something here?


P.s. Peach has a role to play here too and I’m happy to see her again!! I hope to see her love interest as well, even for a little bit i wouldn't mind (which I may or may not get) I only liked their story in that other series tbh.

The female lead looked really fresh and OMG, do I need to tell ya? So hot with Xing Zhaolin in the trailer (coming from a die hard XingJie fan btw🙉🙈) I’m sat for this show. Hope this gets release date in next couple of weeks.

Poor execution. Some scenes made no sense too as it started randomly, jumbling from one to another before properly ending. Only thing that I liked are the family members of the fml, they weren't heartless like previous version. The chemistry of the main characters somewhat felt rushed and flat. Downgraded version ☹️

I have seen plenty of jdramas with the same plot but this one was really different from them and the BGM they used here, it was just soothing.

Honestly, I loved it too. Definitely did. I loved their dynamics too. It’ll just take me a little more time about “few more emotional scenes between them” to get used to the fact that she’s now fully devoted to him😅😅

I think you didn’t understand what I really meant. Their build up was done really well. I’m not disagreeing with. Yes, she felt relief when she got to know the token which he has is not her mother's but that can mean many things too. It didn’t mean she was fully in love with him after knowing about the truth. They really did well with the pacing too - I knowww “slowly getting to know the real you” did right but but what I meant is, it could have been more satisfying if they took a little more time to show that, her now new feelings for him is not just out of admiration but of love, as a woman to a man. (NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR RELATIONSHIP ARC THOUGH.)

(ep19) I personally feel, Jiayu confessing to Wuyi felt a little rushed. Like how they put the scene like that, it felt as if all the new and different kind of feelings she was feeling for him before went to vain by the sudden confession. If writers gave a few more episodes for the realization to finally hit her and then..I felt a little bad about it though the show is still better no doubt about that, it keeps getting better with each episode.

If you feel he would, then trust your feelings. I feel the same too. He gives typical innocent second lead who turns into villian later vibes.

After the 16th episode I can proudly say, this is one of the best cdrama released this summer, I love the plot twists and also how easily they get solved too without dragging much. Yes, the family tree of this drama is as insane as you solving a math sum but once you understand who's who and what's their intentions are, you get hooked. The romance is not there maybe a sub plot due to the age issue thing in between the leads but I can feel the strong chemistry of the characters just by their normal behaviour with each-other, they be literally bickering and anyone can say they have harmony like any other happily married couple on earth. I hope the drama keeps getting more interesting until the end too, fingers crossed!!🤞🏻

Nooooo it is not. "Men and women shouldn’t have physical contact" this same dialogue was said by the eternal love's male lead. SO hearing that made me remember of that very drama and male lead, a nostalgia in a fun way.
