Well, I guess she expected things to be different than what we usually see in GL’s - since “4 elements series” made a lot of buzz about it to be one of the best tetralogy to come out back in the days.😅
Episode 3 was a little better. But the acting still feels so dry. (P.s. the sound effects are literally the same as Denied Love + is giving so many of Denied Love’s references here (which I feel lol.)
Except the annoying ex drama and the video leaking thing it was headache in a romcom
It was an absurd plot to bring out in a romcom all of a sudden honestly, they were supposed to be sticking to only KlaoSi’s two different world colliding together and how they’ll make it as one. If they remove the leaking thing it wouldn't effect much to the adaptation cause it’s good even without it. It would be great if they don’t touch a sensitive topic like leaking private videos in the first place.
When will this have a date? I’m so restless after reading the book. Much awaiting to see Sonya having her bickering moments with that one kid. It’s gonna be so much fun.
I was hesitant about starting this at first since one of my dear friend said it was slow and boring, but turns out it’s the opposite to me. I finished all the aired episodes in two nights. I guess, because it’s slow burn not everyone gonna feel the same way (like my friend) but I LOVE when it has slow burn with marriage between the main characters and this happens to be just that kind of story which I was looking for in a GL. I’m very much eager for the upcoming episodes too.

I knew from the beginning special book is entirely different from the original and once it’s out people are gonna love their healthy relationship and it turned out just the way I anticipated, well...Rin carrying Khem was unexpected, they reversed their roles but hang on - did she forgot that she’s 42 and supposed to be the shy feminine bottom here!?? but nevertheless Top Rin is my ultimate favorite after all she’s the sugar mommy and Khem is and always be her baby. 😭😭😭
