Depending on the movements you can outperform anyone. Changyu explained some episodes ago, and Tian Xi Wei does the same to lift her male co-stars (she said it), she doesn't use strength, but kinda uses her body to be able to move fluidly + lift weight. It's about knowing how to use your core, your thighs, your waist, and where to use more weight, where to use less.
