No wonder this drama is based on a novel/anime. The way the audience, other fighters and VIP people analysis and explain powers and techniques reminds me of animes I used to watch in childhood like Captain Tsubasa, Prince of tennis, etc. It's so funny.
It's not an open ending, it's an abrupt sudden cut. Often, OCN pull this bullshit of dividing a series into 2…
Quite agree. I watched it in two takes and every time I was like how they just stand and watch people kill/commit suicide!? Or if it didn't happen, take matters into their own hands and kill them! I like morally grey law people but this is something else! Also about the usual bigger narrative and master plot, there was hints of it in mid-episodes but was left out until later ones and remained a passing memory.
I finally watched last 3 episodes and finished it after several years but this makes the 2nd time I retake an on-hold drama only to be increasingly disappointed by the messy ending. I heard some news about a dropped 2nd season and this abrupt ending made it look like that.
It’s part of the reason why they’re so compelling, it’s the fact that the romance is forbidden (no matter…
Agree. Also he was no simple rebel (say like Dong Yi's father and brother in Dong Yi 2010) his brutality made it even harder. Still it was quite intense. You're right, new dramas aren't as deep or raw, even saeguks are some idols in costumes now.
...I told my sister that maybe I was the only one who thought this movie was garbage, till I found your comment,…
Yeah, as a smart agent he must've known the murderer would enjoy this sick game even more. I don't mind bloody scenes much actually but skipped more disgusting ones like that public loo🤢
I started this last year and finished it today. Lucky me!! This is one of those movies that you can't play it the background and do another thing, not because it's so fast or tense or anything as exciting but because it's all over the place.
